★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si la verdad no atienden bien quise comprar un iphone y me querian entregar uno que habia sido reparado. siempre habia ido a plaza satelite asi que mejor me fui a ese lugar y muy distinta la atencion, me queda mas retirado pero vale la pena.

lleve un ipad con apple care para que me lo cambien! primero no me querian atender aunque llevaba cita, después de mucha insistencia y de esperar 40 minutos me atienden!! el remplazo del ipad que es lo que se esperaba no lo hacen! aunque tenemos el seguro! solo nos dejan y dejan esperando ahora sin aparato!!! PESIMO SERVICIO

I took an ipad with apple care to have it changed! first they did not want to attend me even though I had an appointment, after much insistence and waiting 40 minutes they attend me !! the replacement of the ipad that is what was expected do not! although we have the insurance! they just leave us waiting now without a device !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siento que deberían tener un poco más de educación al momento de atender (aclaro me refiero a la persona que me atendió) en más de una ocasión senti a la vendedora un poco pedante, incluso grosera y discriminatoria. Me arrepiento de hacer comprado en ese establecimiento. Confirmo que es mejor hacer las compras online, para evitar este tipo de percances.
