Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, la atención es déspota empezando con el gerente que al parecer se llama Gerardo, compré un Shell para un iPad y una funda y como no supieron ponerla tenian que poner una nueva y como ya no tenían el disque gerente dijo devuélvele el dinero, y según ellos me lo devolvieron pero ni los que cobran saben hacer una cancelación. Me dice mi banco que debe ser cancelación y estos idiotas hicieron devolución de una tarjeta de crédito. Pésimo Terrible service. Pareciera que les hacemos un favor en acudir a comprar a la tienda. En lo posible eviten ir a esta sucursal, ya que no conocen la atención al cliente.
