No encuentras mucha gente en la tienda puedes ver con más tranquilidad las cosas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un iphone 13 pro en esa tienda y salió con defecto en la pantalla y lo llevas a garantía y te hacen una prueba para decirte que lo dejes en su servicio técnico de empresas particulares y te cobran 500 pesos para que te dejen sin teléfono muchos días y al final no resuelvan nada teléfonos caros y defectuosos la gente que atiende primero té califica visualmente pobrecitos yo creo de envidia muy mala experiencia con todo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal buena onda, atienden de buenas y hasta recomendaciones dan, el problema es el guardia que está hoy domingo 13 de febrero a las 15:00 horas (Lo pongo para que eviten venir a esta hora si les es posible). No me dejó pasar (y eso que solo había dos personas viendo teléfonos) ya hasta que un chavo de los que atienden salió a preguntar (Yo solo iba por un pencil para un regalo, que compré y todo en menos de 5 minutos). En fin, llegaron más personas y todo mundo pudo pasar, la neta ese guardia no sé que pex cómo si fuera su tienda o fuera a robarles, no sé en qué se basa para dejar pasar, pareciera cadenero más que guardia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, (un tipo de pelo largo amarrado con chongo, y tatuaje en la oreja) se molesta si no adquieres los paquetes, servicios o seguros que ofrece… Además le faltan productos en exhibición. Haz valer tu dinero, ve a dónde la atención sea mejor, esa atención está incluida en el precio del producto.
Terrible customer service, (a guy with long hair tied up in a bun, and a tattoo on his ear) gets upset if you don't buy the packages, services or insurance that he offers... In addition, he lacks products on display. Get your money's worth, go where the care is best, that care is included in the price of the product.
