"pues si la página de Internet lo dice, ahí debe estar" pésimo servicio del personal, así les deben de pagar de seguro, mejor lo compro en otra tienda!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Hace 1 mes hice valida mi garantía de Apple care de mi iPhone. Y me dieron un iPhone refurbished el cual ya no sirve. En primer lugar no pude desbloquearlo de la compañía porque pertenece a una compañía extranjera y en segundo lugar dejo de funcionar el Touch. Solicite la garantía y no me la quisieron valer, ofreciéndome la opción de pagar para recambio de la misma, tuve que ir a Apple en Antara para solucionar la garantía.
Había escuchado malos comentarios de esta empresa (No es Apple, es un revendedor) , no los quería creer, pero a partir de ahora solo compraré directamente a Apple.
Very bad service. 1 month ago I validated my Apple care warranty on my iPhone. And they gave me a refurbished iPhone which no longer works. In the first place I could not unlock it from the company because it belongs to a foreign company and in the second place the Touch stopped working. I requested the guarantee and they did not want to use it, offering me the option of paying to replace it, I had to go to Apple in Antara to solve the guarantee.
I had heard bad comments about this company (It's not Apple, it's a reseller), I didn't want to believe them, but from now on I will only buy directly from Apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de ayer para comprar una Apple Pencil y me lleve una desagradable sorpresa. Yo quería un poco mas de información acerca de la pluma y las promociones que tenían, pero la persona que me atendió no mostró ni el más mínimo interés en lo que yo preguntaba, ni en resolver mis dudas.
Al final como no vi interés, decidí irme.
Termine comprando la pluma en Amazon.
