★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar un smart watch a este lugar porque pensé que daban un buen servicio pero la atención es peor que la de una cajera del metro. Los productos como siempre de buena calidad pero las cajeras y los que te atienden deben de tener capacitación para dar un buen servicio al cliente. Creo que mejor lo hubiera comprado en Coppel y me hubieran tratado mejor.
 I went to buy a smart watch at this place because I thought they gave a good service but the attention is worse than that of a subway cashier. The products as always of good quality but the cashiers and those who attend you must have training to give good customer service. I think I would have bought it better at Coppel and they would have treated me better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi celular a que le pusieran una mica y a comprar una funda y un extensible para mi Apple Watch, el chico que me atendió fue muy amable y me explico a detalle las funciones de las diferentes micas, por esa parte fue muy bueno, pero a la hora de pagar, la chica que atiende en mostrador es poco servicial y amable. Parece que me está regalando ella los productos que yo compre, es una pena que haya gente atendiendo con poca disposición.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mucho la peor atención que he recibido en una iShop, todos los trabajadores atienden de una mala gana terrible, sobretodo una señorita de baja estatura que da órdenes a todo el mundo, el servicio terrible, tuve un problema con un iPhone y cada vez le aumentaban mas al precio, que desagradable experiencia y dando mala imagen a una marca como lo es Apple

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Apple’s product for a very long time and never have I had a problem with a product thus far.
Fortunately, my first time in customer service at iShop and my experience was perfect.
I was welcome by a technician who greeted me right away and asked what my issue was.
He managed to do a proper diagnosis and fixed my computer even quicker than he promised.
Thankfully the quality of the work was top-notch, everything looked and felt like it came straight out of the box.
Most importantly all staff seemed really trustworthy and honest people
Luckily my MacBook Pro running efficiently.
Despite the fact my first experience was pretty good, the second one was really disappointing.
Sadly, the technician was so rude and arrogant even though the problem was the same, in less than five minutes he assisted me without giving me much explanation of what happened to my computer also said the repair would take 5 days or so, at the end it took 2 weeks.
When I came to pick up my item, it took a long time to help me, at the end another technician repaired my computer.
