Cómo por qué exigen identificación? Hace 2 años compre mi iPhone ahí, adquirí el Apple care y después cuando quise hacerlo valido salieron con que no lo había adquirido. Se hizo todo un show por qué no tenía ya el ticket. Tuvieron que rastrearlo, tardaron como 2 semanas para ver que si lo había pagado y hacerlo valido. Total que apenas empece a tener problemas con mis AirPods Pro, empezaron a escucharse como crujidos y al sacar mi cita aparecía una leyenda que los algunos AirPods Pro adquiridos antes de octubre 2020 habían presentado fallas, que acudiera a algún centro y los checarían. Total que volví a este y la chica que me atendió de nombre Daniela súper payasa, reviso mis audífonos con un microscopio y por un como rayosito dijo que no aplicaba la garantía de calidad. Me enseño sus políticas y venían unas fotos con los audífonos muy maltratados a lo que le dije que así no venían los míos, que solo se logró ver ese rayonsito en el microscopio y súper payasa, como si ella lo fuera a pagar dijo que no y que si quería otro debía comprarlo y que costaba el audífono 2500. Saque una cita posterior a esto en APPLE ANTARA y todo lo contrario, el servicio EXCELENTE, con el número de serie el chico me dijo que si, que aplicaba para la garantía de calidad y listo. Me hicieron el cambio de mis audífonos SIN COSTO! Se que está un poco más retirado, pero vale completamente la pena. Absténganse a tener un pésimo trato aquí en lindavista y mejor acudan a Antara. Me pasó en estas 2 ocasiones y el trato es completamente distinto. No recomiendo que compren ni vengan a soporte a esta tienda en lindavista. Afortunadamente había ido a otro Ishop dónde personal tiene amplio conocimiento del producto y puede resolver dudas, nulas las medidas por la contingencia.
