Al final el de "seguridad" dejó pasar a otra persona en vez de a mi que llevaba esperando un buen rato con la justificación de que yo era acompañante de la pareja que mencioné al inicio. Si me molestó ya que independiente mente de si los conocía o no ellos iban a una cosa y yo a otra muy diferente. Así que pésimo servicio por parte de su guardia de seguridad de la tarde (esto fue el día 20 de Noviembre a las 5:15 PM aproximadamente), lástima por los buenos trabajadores de allí. Son 8:00pm y ya está cerrado. No sé qué solución me puedan dar, vine exclusivamente a hacer el cambio o devolución y me parece una pérdida de tiempo. Las veces que hemos ido porque tenemos falla con algún aparato, solo nos ofrecen la opción de comprar otro nuevo, y te dicen “qué no puede pagar eso? Si solo con $24.000 de contado” ? En otra ocasión, el chico que estaba en reparaciones me hizo un comentario súper inapropiado, comentario que no se espera en una tienda, pues pasa a ser violencia de género. Pésima tienda, pésima experiencia ahí. Bad service. Además de que el soporte técnico no ofrece opciones viables de atención, garantías extendidas como el Apple Care pierden el sentido con la pésimo trato de los técnicos de este estilo.
K	Karina Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó la atención que me dieron, Muy amables, pero hay un pero, como que no se le puede hacer cambio de batería a una Aipad, si ellos son los responsables de dar un servicio deberían de responder a cualquier problema que se presenten en los productos. La única solución que me dió el chico de servicio fue de que me cambiarían el Aipad por uno totalmente nuevo peroooo que se tendría que quedar con el mío que está dañado y que tendría un costo de cambio de producto de $10,504 pesos,,, pero ¿Y mi información??? Que pasará con ella? Ellos me comentan que no pueden accesar a esa información,,,, pero también pregunté a otro chico y un Aipad nueva me sale en $8,999 de contado, osea, no veo cuál sea el beneficio. También me dijeron que este producto tiene una vida útil de 2 a 3 años a lo mucho. Creo que no se me hace justo comprar algo que está caro para que tenga una vida útil muy corta. Esa es mi experiencia que tuve con mi Aipad. Espero les sirva está información Saludos cordiales. ?
