A	Arcelia López Olmedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, el día martes lleve una macbook porque tuvo un percance, la pila se había inflado, por ser un modelo muy viejo me dijeron que no tenia arreglo, pregunte que que podía hacer por mi información y me dijeron que nada, cortante el chico, claro que es vieja mi computadora y con que confianza entonces les llevo mis equipos nuevos, fácilmente me la arreglaron por fuera y ya funciona, pero por ese pésimo servicio como les llevo mis equipos nuevos, amaba la marca por la resistencia y el servicio pero ahora son un asco... En cuanto a los productos que no tienen en la tienda, uno los puede pedir y no demoran mucho que conseguir lo que uno busca a menos que sea algo totalmente descontinuado. Pero la ubicación y la atención siguen siendo estupendos. Afortunadamente ya abrieron la tienda en Plaza Cibeles, en Irapuato, Guanajuato. Mixup stores are no longer what they used to be in terms of merchandise and product, but they remain competitive. Cierran a las 9 pm y eran las 7 pm. Mientras tengan que vender son otra cosa. Muy groseros cuando es lo contrario. When it comes to attention, it went very badly for me.
