A	ArtCat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semana pasada acudí para la compra de un IPhone SE y me tocó hacer fila ya que no podía acceder a la tienda y al final cuando fue mi turno dije que quería hacer la compra de ese equipo y uno de los trabajadores me dijo que no lo tenían, de una forma nada amable. Deberían de procurar tener una mejor atención para sus clientes. Last week I went to buy an IPhone SE and I had to wait in line since I couldn't access the store and at the end when it was my turn I said I wanted to buy that equipment and one of the workers told me not to they had, in an unkind way. They should try to have better care for their clients.

The staff who attended us had NO IDEA of any single phone specification, we chose to go there because the staff is supposed to be qualified.

No volvemos a comprar ahi!! Prefiero ir a otra ciudad que adquirir con ellos. Terrible service, they are very rude to attend and answer in an almost insulting way to the questions we asked about the equipment. We will not buy there again !! I'd rather go to another city than buy with them.

Aquí nos tienen haciendo fila porque “no hay asesores disponibles” y ahí hay más de dos chavos sin hacer nada. Junio/2021: Refrendó nuevamente mi opinión. Pésimo trato, siempre logran superarse en maltratar a los clientes. Ahora si nunca regresaré, prefiero ir a Altozano. ? Update oct/2021: Dije, deja ver las iPads, iba con mi novia no había fila… me dicen que me espere un momento. Inmediatamente preferimos retirarnos, una tercera vez no me la aplican. Mejor vayan a LIVERPOOL o SEARS. Una de las chicas (no recuerdo su nombre) me vendió un AirTag y me esperó a que cargara mi teléfono (me prestó un cargador de la tienda) y actualizara mi software para conectarlo y ayudarme. Fue casi una hora y siempre estuvo ahí ayudando. They have always been very kind to me, I have bought several times with them. One of the girls (can't remember her name) sold me an AirTag and waited for me to charge my phone (she lent me a charger from the store) and update my software to connect and help me. It was almost an hour and he was always there helping.
