SÚPER DESILUSIONADA...... LES HEMOS COMPRADO 2 ? LA MEJOR QUE MANEJAN, MI ESPOSO, MIS DOS HIJOS Y YO USAMOS IPHONE, iPad, Apple Watch y se los compramos ahí. Pero de plano los servicios son muy malos.
RECOMIENDO QUE MEJOR COMPRES EL LIVERPOOL o en cualquier otro lado donde los traten mejor y nunca compres seguro de nada que nunca esta el gerente para que te hagan valido nada. Te hacen dar muchas vueltas para nada. ???????

SUPER DISAPPOINTED ...... WE HAVE BOUGHT THEM 2 ? THE BEST THAT THEY DRIVE, MY HUSBAND, MY TWO CHILDREN AND I USE IPHONE, iPad, Apple Watch and we bought them there. But outright the services are very bad.
I RECOMMEND THAT YOU BETTER BUY THE LIVERPOOL or anywhere else where they are treated better and never buy insurance from anything that the manager is never there to make you worth anything. They make you go around a lot for nothing. ???????

POR DEJARME HABLANDO SOLA Y NO ESCUCHAR MI EXPLICACIÓN, DESPERDICIO 2 MICAS DE IPHONE 11 E HIZO SENTIR MAL A TODOS LOS EMPLEADOS Y A MÍ COMO CLIENTE (ACOMPAÑADA DE MI HIJO, EL CUAL VIO Y ESCUCHO SU MANERA DE TRATARME). PÉSIMO CARÁCTER, FALTA DE EMPATÍA, VALORES Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. LO SIENTO POR SUS COMPAÑEROS DE TRABAJO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio de parte de toda la tienda. Fui a por un iPhone 13 pro Max y una de las chicas con las que hablé me dijo que si había en existencia. Llegué y ya ni sabían cómo poner excusas de que no había equipos. Que asco de gente y de servicio.
What a lousy service from the entire store. I went for an iPhone 13 pro Max and one of the girls I spoke to told me it was in stock. I arrived and they didn't even know how to make excuses that there were no teams. How disgusting people and service.

No saben manejar el volumen de gente que entra en la tienda por cuestiones de la pandemia, iba por un cargador y me negaron el acceso, permitiendo la entrada de más gente. Una de las prioridades de Apple es el cliente y esta tienda es pésima en este aspecto. No volveré a comprar aquí, prefiero esperar al repartidor de Amazon que llevarme otro rato de estrés por parte de esta tienda.
Terrible customer service.
They do not know how to handle the volume of people who enter the store due to the pandemic, I was going for a charger and they denied me access, allowing more people to enter. One of Apple's priorities is the customer and this store is terrible in this regard. I will not buy here again, I prefer to wait for the Amazon delivery man than to take another time of stress from this store.

I was going to buy some headphones. I arrived and there were like 20 vendors in a store that could fit 10. I went to the headphone section and they started following me asking what was on offer. Nomamen, is it an ishop or the technology square?
