I have few words to describe a store that just seems so anti customer service and just feels like they just want to gouge customers. Pretty awful, they seem to find every reason to not be helpful. I’d avoid at all costs, shop online if possible. At least then you get the Apple return policy. The service center is the worst.

Went there yesterday and spent a considerable amount of money in line with product sold, came back today to get a cable and a cover, was with my dog which is supposed to be admitted, an employee started playing with him and at the moment he baked once, a very rude security gentleman literally asked me to leave the store. Didn’t ask me to calm him down or to please be silent, just “you need to leave”. All staff members are polite but the security personnel believe they run the store, which is definitely missing a manager. Conclusion, I didn’t buy my accessories and really got into a bad mood due to the situation. Will never go back to this store as it is the second experience of the sort with the same security gentleman. How easily one wrong staff member can ruin the whole service experience of such a brand!

Charged me an extra $1000 more than what the phone would’ve cost me in Canada. Massive rip off and my card details got compromised. Don’t buy.

They aren’t set up for Apple Pay yet and they couldn’t tell me when they will be. They don’t really let you look around either without a sales rep at your shoulder the whole time. It’s definitely a different experience compared to being in an actual Apple store. I would like to provide an update though. The repair service reps are very knowledgeable and make sure your products get fixed correctly.

The worst Apple products seller that I have ever been on. There was no products available, not even one iPhone 13 or Apple Watch Series 7. Macbooks just with spanish keyboards in a tourism place (why????) and no baseline model. The sales person was very unhelpful, rude and had no interest in selling anything. The store is far far far away from any Apple Store experience.

This store is a rip-off. Went in to replace an iPhone SE screen. These jokers wanted 5000 pesos, which is US$243! Then tried to upsell me to a new phone for 11,000 pesos. Went across the street to TechnoLogic who repaired it in 30 minutes for 1500 pesos or US$73. (TechnoLogic is on Constituyentes at Av. 10)

Please avoid this place. It’s a scam apparently not even Apple knows about even though technically they are an “authorized” apple repair shop. I bought my 3 month old MacBook Air to be diagnosed after the screen went black. It was still under warranty. I was quoted almost 400 usd over the price I paid brand new. Apple care told me to bring it to a different iShop as there are 4-5 in the area, and a different technition may diagnose it differently. I did, and the 2nd iShop about 7 blocks away gave me an attitude and said I would have to pay for a diagnosis. Long story short a month or so later I had a friend bring it back to USA to be diagnosed by a legit apple shop in USA. It was fixed for free the same day it was received. The only thing I had to pay for was 30usd to ship it to a different friend that brought it back to me.

Dear I Phone users RUN do not WALK from this store, unless you need something they can sell you! If you have just bounced in for some tech help you will learn what ECONOMIC IGNORANCE looks like. I ask why would you have a store on a Saturday in the “International city Of Playa del Carmen with 6 - 8 salespersons doing nada at 3 in the afternoon just to sell. Meanwhile dear IP users there is only 1 Tech person who claims she doesn’t speak English!! They do not make enough money to pay a Bi / Tri lingual person to help a resident or fellow travelers if there phone should suddenly stop! The tech person did know enough to remind me I was in Mexico… I speak 2 other languages and she is there to help WHO ,only speaking Spanish. The sales people speak English . The kicker is the manager refused to help when a U. S. Rep attempted to speak with him (MoreThanTwice)on my phone about a way to solve the issue. He kept mouthing something about privacy laws, so the rep filed a Grievance because of the managers ignorant behavior!Been in Mexico for many months, my friend and I both said we had never witnessed such poor behavior here from a national or international company. Enough to make me go ANDROID. I also live in another town and had to travel 35minutes to get there ,thank God for Rockas Jamaican restaurant, made the trip worthwhile. Apple put some signs out front that say: ¡Esta es una empresa internacional pero no habla inglés, francés, alemán en el departamento de tecnología! ¡Solo español!
