Hice otra cita, dejé mi celular y les expliqué que no podía actualizarlo ni restaurarlo porque me aparecía error 35 y 47, me dijeron iban a hacerle una restauración forzada, dejé el iPhone y posteriormente me dijeron que no se había podido porque salía error 35 (cosa que yo ya sabía y justamente por eso lo llevé) y de todos modos me cobraron $620 pesos!!!!!! Que tristeza que se supone que Apple tiene muy buen servicio al cliente pero aquí todo lo contrario, dinero tirado a la basura. Si pueden evitarlo, no vayan ahí !!!!! Carrasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia mi novia fue a aplicar una garantía de un cable y mientras esperaba a que la atendieran me puse a ver cosas y una empleada me estaba sigue y sigue como si fuera a tomar algo o no se, me sentí hostigado y preferí salirme que seguir soportando que me estuvieran siguiendo todo el tiempo, horrible su trato con las personas. No se quien se creen policías o algo asi. Bad experience, my girlfriend went to apply a guarantee on a cable and while I was waiting for them to attend to her I started to see things and an employee was following me and continuing as if I was going to have something or I don't know, I felt harassed and I preferred to leave than to continue enduring that they were following me all the time, horrible their dealings with people. I don't know who they think is police or something.
