★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente de servicio te atiende muy mal, exageran en las condiciones del equipo que les das a revision, no te hacen llamadas de seguimiento a las solicitudes que les haces, cuando les marcas al teléfono que ponen suena 3 ó 4 veces y entra tono de fax, difícil para entar en contacto con ellos, que pena.

Jamás compren una Mac ,son carísimas y frágiles como ven el servicio se dejó pedir 14,800 por reparar mi máquina con un un año de uso y el tipo que me atendió me decía "mi técnico" se sentía el dueño

Me entregan con daño mi MacbookPro que dejé NUEVA a servicio de batería; por su entrega de equipo que según ellos "debe ser rápida por protocolo Covid"... no me percaté de un golpe que le dieron. Regresé a la tienda después que detecté el golpe y se amparan con el "yo acepté así el equipo y no hay nada que hacer". Mi recomendación si los usan, tomen su tiempo en revisar sus equipos a la perfección y con detenimiento. Mejor aún, vayan al Centro de Servicio directo de Apple en el CC Santa Fe allá si se hacen responsables.
Bad service experience. They give me my MacbookPro with damage that I left NEW to battery service; for his delivery of equipment that according to them "must be fast by Covid protocol" ... I did not notice a blow that they gave him. I returned to the store after I detected the blow and they covered up with "I accepted the equipment like that and there is nothing to do." My recommendation if you use them, take your time to review your equipment perfectly and carefully. Better yet, go to the direct Apple Service Center in CC Santa Fe there if you take responsibility.
