★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, fui con la intención de comprar el iPhone 13 mini, sé que no hay pero tenía la intención de ver los teléfonos, soy usuario Samsung y mi idea era conocer la marca!
Bueno una chica medio nefasteada (y eso que habían abierto hace 1 hora) me dijo que a que iba y a lo cual respondí que quería conocer el iPhone 13 y me dice que no hay producto, solo tienen el domi para ver pero no tienen para entrega inmediata y no saben cuando les llegará y nunca se quitó de la puerta, esperaba al menos conocer el 11 o así y pues me fui con el coraje y decepcionado ?
Decepcionado porque Samsung no ofrece nada por el momento y bueno creo que tendré que buscar más opciones o acudir a otro ishop que sé que no hay producto pero conocer opciones disponibles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala vibra. Compré a pesar de que por teléfono te dicen una cosa y en persona otra. Muy mal la atención, parece q vas a pedir prestado y no a comprar. Horrible como son un montón (más que en un banco y todos te miran y guardan silencio) muy incómodo, nada relajados nada amigables. Mejor pedir online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el área de Soporte no respetan las citas agendadas desde la app de soporte, es conforme vas llegando, lo cual es muy arbitrario de su parte. Muy mala experiencia. No pierdan su tiempo, mejor vayan a una Mac store o Apple Store donde sí respetan citas y la atención es mucho mejor.
For the Support area they do not respect the appointments scheduled from the support app, it is as you arrive, which is very arbitrary on their part. Very bad experience. Fui a comprar un dispositivo y la atención de los vendedores fue nefasta, en especial del vendedor #205245, teniendo una actitud prepotente y sin intenciones de atención al cliente. Sin mencionar que detras de la caja se expresan mal de los clientes a sus espaldas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte de algunos vendedores, se te ponen al tu por tu cuando comentas que no quieres servicio de Apple Care como si fueran dueños y la realidad es que son sólo empleados, se debería hacer algo pues son muy malos los comentarios de esta tienda.
