Terrible service. From the moment you arrive they bother you; the receptionist makes you feel that they are doing you a favor to enter the store. I went to buy an IPhone 12 completely determined; the least you expect is a cordial treatment. I was assigned a very apathetic saleswoman who wanted to forcefully sell me cell phone insurance to the point of discrediting the characteristics of the iPhone by saying “the materials are fragile”, “the repair costs so much”, “your warranty lasts only one year”. A very unethical and much less professional sales strategy. In the collection box, young people are more immersed in their personal talk than in attending; They even messed up the start and were giving me a different iPhone than the one I ordered. The IPad that they have to leave complaints and suggestions blocks your shipment if you put the emoji that represents disgust with the service. They gave me pure bad comments about my iPhone in order to buy the accessories; which I didn't want to do because I have everything already. It's awful; zero sense of service and exclusivity and not to mention.

It seems that when you enter the store you are doing them a favor .... it is not worth going through these distributors, unless you are very urgent for an item, but it is not worth it. people who call themselves salespeople or technical advisors are a dud; I took my macbook to apple-care for an equipment failure, and they wanted to charge me for the revision and cleaning of the equipment. It is a lousy service and unheard of. I think that by force they want to be treated in a disastrous way so that they take good care of you or I don't know what's wrong with them... but then I had to put myself in a very heavy way so that they take good care of me. bad experience !!!
