★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiza en otros estados encuentres mayor calidad, pero en Merida esta es la mejor escuela de gastronomia del estado. La atencion al detalle y a la limpieza son prioridad. El nivel academico es de los mejores, aqui si sales sabiendo de cocina internacional. Ojala otras instituciones siguieran el mismo ejemplo.
Maybe in other states you will find higher quality, but in Merida this is the best gastronomy school in the state. Attention to detail and cleanliness are priority. The academic level is one of the best, here if you go out knowing about international cuisine. Hopefully other institutions would follow the same example.
