Porque estaba bien y teniamos fotos que sacamos antes de usarla. Se quedaron con 1500 pesospor un rasponcito de pintura que ni siquiera hicimos. Burglars! Llegamos a cozumel y en la agencia nos atendieron muy mal, les pedí si me podían contar de algunos puntos claves para recorrer y me dieron un mapa diciendo "ahí estaba todo". El auto no tenía nada que ver con el de la foto y encima había que pagar un seguro obligatorio (de 10 dólares) del que no estábamos enterados. Después de eso todo bien. They convinced us to rent a car on the beach to collect it in cozumel. We arrived in cozumel and the agency treated us very poorly, I asked if they could tell me about some key points to visit and they gave me a map saying "everything was there". El motivo de mi recomendación es que alquilan autos en muy malas condiciones , están destruidos, y cuando los vas a devolver te inventan pequeños daños. Por ejemplo a mi me cobraron 1800 pesos mxs por la placa que dicen le faltaba. Además se pusieron a mirarlo desde abajo y me cobraron $ 3000 más mxs por que tenia arena por debajo y que el vehículo es solo para caminos de hormigon. Sin tener en cuenta que la avenida Melgar esta siendo reparada y allí hay arena. Argumentaron que tenia un poco flojo el parachoques. Quiero aclarar que el auto fue más cuidado que si fuera de mi propiedad, nunca fue tocado con otro objeto. Así que si a alguien mas le quieren cobrar por lo mismo, usen esto como prueba. Abone además 100 U $ S de seguro por lo cual les solicite un comprobante que nunca me dieron. Al igual que no me dieron un comprobante con detalle de lo que me cobraron como reclamo. Good day. I want to share a bad experience in this car rental company. First of all I advise you not to rent any vehicle in that place. The reason for my recommendation is that they rent cars in very poor condition, they are destroyed, and when you go to return them they invent small damages. For example, they charged me 1800 pesos mxs for the plate that they say was missing. They also looked at it from below and charged me $ 3000 more because it had sand underneath and that the vehicle is only for concrete roads. Not taking into account that Melgar Avenue is being repaired and there is sand there. They argued that the bumper was a little loose. I want to clarify that the car was more careful than if it were my property, it was never touched with another object. So if someone else wants to charge you for the same, use this as proof. Also pay 100 U $ S of insurance, so I asked them for a receipt that they never gave me. Just as they did not give me a detailed receipt of what they charged me as a claim.
D	Dzmitry Komsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People was very rough. After they take money, they give me car which was in VERY poor conditions. On request to get money back, they sad it is impossible. Do not use this company for your own safety. Also, car was way overpriced.

We got to the car rental place and expected to get the dune buggy type vehicle that we signed up for but they gave us a POS Jeep. The soft top was held on by zip ties, the spare tire was completely flat and off the rim, windshield wipers didn't work so we had to stop and buy a water when we went on the windy side to clear the windshield of sea spray. The shocks were shot in it so every time you hit a bump you flew up which was scary since the seatbelts didn't work either. The people were rude and not helpful when we asked for info about driving on the island. Be aware that you need a credit card with raised numbers as they have the old style carbon copy credit card thing....the only one we had with raised numbers was a department store charge card, which in reality was probably good because they couldn't scam in and charge a bunch of fees on there. I suggest taking video of any vehicle while the person is standing there so you have proof of any existing damage....which is irrelevant for us as we will never rent from this company again.

Sales agent convinced us we should get a scooter as cheaper this side and "no hassle", only told we need our driving liscence. On payment and receiving of receipt, we noticed too late that there were in fact quite a few T&Cs. Cash deposit of 500 USD or credit card, gas and insurance not included AND a tax on top of the rental. We decided against it when we saw how busy the roads were, how many additional costs there were and on reading other reviews online. Once we reached the back alley office we were aggressively told numerous times we wouldn't be allowed a refund (not even partial) and we'd have to go back to the agent in P de C to try and negotiate. The man in the shop was aggressive and forceful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
