★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une fois sur le bateau en parlant avec les autres personnes à bord on se rend compte que nous avons payer 30 dollars par personne en plus. Impossible à récupéré l'argent au retour même en discutant avec le patron rétorque des excuses bidons.
 Once on the boat talking with other people on board we realize that we pay $ 30 per person more. Unable to get the money back even chatting with the boss retorts a phony apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal, para empezar el transporte es un taxi cualquiera , con la tapiceria sucia, cobran 50 dólares por persona por un tour de 3 horas en los cuales no miras nada interesante, el lugar en el que se detienen es un restaurant en los que una bebida te cuesta 10 dólares y si quieres unas papas fritas te salen colo en 20 dólares es un saco de servicio a y el dólar lo agarran a 17 dlls. TE QUIEREN VER LA CARA DE PENDEJO , MEJOR TIRA TU DINERO A LA BASURA .
Super bad, to start the transport is any taxi, with the dirty upholstery, they charge $ 50 per person for a 3-hour tour in which you do not see anything interesting, the place where they stop is a restaurant in which a Drink costs you $ 10 and if you want some fries you get colo at $ 20 is a sack of service and the dollar grabs it at 17 dlls. YOU WANT TO SEE THE FACE OF PENDEJO, BETTER THROW YOUR MONEY TO GARBAGE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 태어나서 처음으로 ATV 탔는데, 가이드가 안전에 신경 많이 쓰는 거 같고 영어도 잘해서 잘 이용했습니다. 오후 2시반이라 동행하는 팀이 없어서 무슨 개인투어처럼 이용했어요. 젝각 혹국락 각격을 좀 훅렼쳤ㅓ 빚쌎겜 밫닽던걱 갘탁욭.?? I had a ATV tour that was started from 2:30pm. It was super awsome. the guid was nice and speak english well, But I forget his name:( It was my first time to drive ATV. the guid was take care well, so I didn't have any accident.??
I was on the ATV for the first time since I was born. At 2:30 pm, there was no team to accompany, so I used it like a private tour. ?? I had a ATV tour that was started from 2:30 pm. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo y yo acabamos de tomar el tour a Colombia-Palancar-Cielo-Cielito. Desde el primer momento nos dijeron que había alerta de mal tiempo pero que eso NO AFECTARÍA en nada el paseo. Así salimos de puerto, con 20 minutos de retraso. Luego perdimos otros 30 minutos o más, con otros retrasos en cada parada (ATENCIÓN: paradas que nunca te dicen que van a hacer) Ya finalmente en camino, la persona que sería nuestro guía comienza a dar las instrucciones, me preocupa que estaba visiblemente afectado por alguna sustancia desconocida. Llegamos a la primera parada, olas altas hacen casi imposible el avistamiento. Segunda parada “El Cielo”, agua turbia, sin ninguna estrella de mar, y nos anuncian estando allí que al “Cielito” tampoco iremos (todo a causa del mal tiempo, que ya ellos conocían DESDE ANTES DE SALIR) En fin, terminamos en otro lugar llamado “Casablanca” muy lindo, pero no tan impactante como las expectativas que te venden. Obviamente las razones climatológicas se entienden, pero si ya lo sabes ¿por qué embarcas a un grupo de personas a la nada? Obvio por el dinero.
My husband and I have just taken the Colombia-Palancar-Cielo-Cielito tour. From the first moment they told us that there was a warning of bad weather but that this would NOT affect the trip in any way. So we left port, 20 minutes late. Then we lost another 30 minutes or more, with other delays at each stop (ATTENTION: stops that never tell you what to do) And finally on the way, the person who would be our guide begins to give instructions, I was worried that he was visibly affected by some unknown substance. We reached the first stop, high waves make sighting almost impossible. Second stop "El Cielo", cloudy water, without any starfish, and announce us being there that the "Cielito" will not go either (all because of the bad weather, which they already knew FROM BEFORE LEAVING) In short, we ended up in another place called "Casablanca" very nice, but not as shocking as the expectations that sell you. Obviously the weather reasons are understood, but if you already know why do you ship a group of people to nothing? Obvious for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al bajar del ferry intentamos sacar el Tour del cielo. Nos dijeron que tenían disponibilidad, nos hicieron la factura y nos pedían el dinero. Consultamos nuevamente si había lugar y tenían que chequearlo. Esperamos 20 minutos (la excursión estaba próxima a salir), les pedíamos sinceridad ya que no queríamos perder la excursión, nos seguían haciendo esperar . Terminamos consiguiendo10 dólares más barato a pocos metros en el horario que queríamos.
Mala atención. A puras mentiras nos retenian, nos colocaron un sticker en la ropa sin tener confirmado el pasaje. Por no perder el cliente, nos hicieron perder el tiempo Y el humor. Manipulan y mienten
When we get off the ferry we try to take the Tour out of the sky. They told us they had availability, they made the bill and asked for the money. We consulted again if there was room and they had to check it. We waited 20 minutes (the excursion was about to leave), we asked them for sincerity since we did not want to miss the excursion, they kept us waiting. We ended up getting $ 10 cheaper a few meters in the schedule we wanted.
Bad attention. A pure lies held us, they placed a sticker on our clothes without having confirmed the ticket. By not losing the client, they made us waste time and humor. They manipulate and they lie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡CUIDADO! ROBÓ DE IDENTIFICACIONES con sus embarcaciones afiliadas. Tanto como un servidor y mi compañero de viaje nos percatamos que nos habían robado nuestros INE y una tarjeta bancaria a cada uno. No hubo robo de efectivo, sospecho para que no nos diéramos cuenta luego luego, fue hasta el día siguiente que buscando nuestro INE para preparar viaje de regreso, identificamos el robo.
Cuidado con la embarcación: LEON 4, que dirige Gabriel.
WATCH OUT! STOLEN IDENTIFICATIONS with its affiliated vessels. Both as a server and my travel companion we realized that our INE and a bank card had been stolen from each of us. There was no theft of cash, I suspect so that we would not realize later, it was until the next day that our INE was looking to prepare the return trip, and we identified the theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a tour to Chichen Itza with this tour agency they were so amazing! Eider Valencia contacted us throughout the day to make sure everything was going well for us! They were also able to book us at the last minute for the next morning. They met us at the ferry to give us our tickets and make sure we made it. I’d highly recommend this tour company! We loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, we wented a scooter, rented a car and did the clear boat tour with them.
They met us for everything to make sure we knew the correct locations, even meeting us at the ferry at 630am. They let us know what to expect too. We made a mistake and missed our ride on a tour (100% our fault) due to the time change and my watch. We were able to meet back up with the group later, this company checked on us multiple times during and after the trip.
We will use this company when we come back for sure. They spoke English and Spanish, took our credit card, and the most important, best customer service all around! Thank you again!
