★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was two weeks staying in Isla Mujeres in early March, 2020. I booked a snorkeling tour through Pedro of Isleño Tours for pick up at the Ultramar ferry terminal on the Cancun side. I waited for two hours; no one showed up. When I phoned Pedro Dzul, he claimed to be in the cinema therefore unavailable. It was a Sunday. I returned to his travel booth several times for the rest of my stay, he was never there. Also none of my calls were returned. Not happy to write a bad review. I do not recommend this tour company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place a 10 i would ! This place is amazing , my husband and I went to Isla Mujeres for our first time & Pedro made sure we enjoyed every part of it . He provides all kind of tours/ adventures/ services literarily lol in Isla Mujeres & Cancun . Thank you Pedro for your amazing customer service ! We will definitely be coming back .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super accommodating, Pedro made sure we were taken care of. Elmer our driver was amazing and well worth the time and money. My opinion is take these guys and enjoy way more than just on the crowded bus! We were called while out and the next morning to make sure everything went smooth!
