MIs compañero del trabajo ya ocuparon sus servicios y están satisfechos con su excelente servicio. Mi Laptop Toshiba Satellite Radius ya la daban por muerta en otros centros de servicio después de que se le derramo líquido, pero gracias a la experiencia del Ing. Jesús, el equipo pudo restablecerse sin ninguna pérdida de información ni performance. Altamente recomendable!!! Totally pleased with the repair !!! Really a specialized job. My Toshiba Satellite Radius Laptop was already presumed dead in other service centers after liquid was spilled, but thanks to the experience of Engineer Jesús, the equipment was able to be restored without any loss of information or performance. Mas haya de arreglar solo un aparato sientes que nuevamente le da vida a algo tan importante que es para ti. En este caso le regreso un aliento a mi sobrina. y yo quedando bien con la familia. Al parecer se dieron desaparecieron la empresa como tal. desde enero no se tiene respuesta, se hizo el pago y se sigue pendiente y compromete no solo su trabajo sino el de uno también. Quiero comentarle que lamentablemente ya paso a jurídico en la empresa el caso y que mal quemarse por una laptop que no fue entregada. Cualquiera que haya sido el motivo no es profesional el cortar comunicación con el cliente con gusto me retracto de lo escrito en cuanto me devuelva el equipo se le dio. Se le dio la confianza como proveedor y pues al final del día quedo muy mal. Well, 0 professional Engineer Jesus I'm still waiting for the equipment to be returned to me, they no longer answer phones, emails, messages. Apparently the company as such disappeared. Since January there has been no response, the payment was made and it is still pending and compromises not only their work but yours as well. Mi laptop HP no prendía debido a derrame de liquido en el teclado afortunadamente no sufrió daños graves aunado a un buen servicio quedo nuevamente funcional en menos de 24 horas. Gracias Excellent work and highly recommended if you require a quality service for your equipment.
