Decepcionante y muy molesta la actitud del carpintero Issaid. Llevamos 6 meses esperando garantía ya que desde el principio nos dejó mal un mueble que le pedimos para nuestro patio, por el cual pagamos 7mil pesos y a la fecha ya no nos contesta las llamadas ni mensajes y nos ha dejado plantados esperándolo mínimo unas 5 veces en todo este tiempo. Desde el principio no nos supo asesorar sobre maderas para exteriores y ese fue el problema que no sabe trabajarlo. El mueble tenía filtraciones, se le hizo moho y estaba mal hecho, argumentando que nosotros lo pedimos así, lo cual no es verdad, un buen carpintero te asesora y si hay alguna madera que no es apta te lo dice. Se echaron a perder unas sillas y un colchón que guardamos ahí, confiando que su trabajo era bueno. Ahora una puerta no se abre, porque al principio vino a tratar de componerlo y puso una solución que tampoco pensó bien y quedó de venir a cortarlo, lo cual nunca pasó. Empezó a contestarnos las llamadas muy enojado por sus propios errores, nosotros sólo le hemos pedido que venga a componerlo y empezó con el tiempo a ser grosero y cortante en su manera de contestarnos.

From the beginning he did not know how to advise us on exterior woods and that was the problem that he did not know how to work with it. The furniture had leaks, it became moldy and was poorly made, arguing that we asked it that way, which is not true, a good carpenter will advise you and if there is any wood that is not suitable he will tell you. Some chairs and a mattress that we keep there were spoiled, trusting that their work was good. Now a door does not open, because at the beginning he came to try to compose it and put a solution that he did not think well either and he was left to come to cut it, which never happened. He began to answer our calls very angry at his own mistakes, we have only asked him to come and compose it and over time he began to be rude and cutting in his way of answering us.
