 They do not answer calls and if you answer they just pick up and hang up again, it is really a terrible service

eso sí te descuentan cada quincena muy PUNTUALES NO?

Vas temprano a las 7:00 de la mañana y te dan cita hasta las 7:00 de la tarde, vas a la consulta y no te atienden, esto es una burla por qué pagas por sus servicios como servidor público y no sirve de nada. ???
Y te dicen que hables al teléfono y jamás contestas y ni se diga para hablar con el director de la unidad por qué te lo niegan.
They do not take care of you if you are not a person with covid or suspected of covid.
You go early at 7:00 in the morning and they give you an appointment until 7:00 in the afternoon, you go to the consultation and they do not attend you, this is a joke why you pay for their services as a public servant and it is useless . ???
And they tell you to talk to the phone and you never answer and not even say to speak to the director of the unit why they deny you.

LAS CITAS MUY ESPORÁDICAS LO CUAL NO PERMITE UN SEGUIMIENTO OPORTUNO!

THEY MAKE YOU TAKE SEVERAL TURNS FOR THE MEDICINE!
THE VERY SPORADIC APPOINTMENTS WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW A TIMELY FOLLOW-UP!
BUT YES, THE DISCOUNT IS ON TIME!
