★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay espacio en sala de espera, todo el personal se va a almorzar a la misma hora y tardan más de una hora en volver, no hay camas disponibles, pésimo.
 There is no space in the waiting room, all staff go to lunch at the same time and it takes more than an hour to return, there are no beds available, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lo digo solo por este Hospital, te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Es por eso que dicen: "El hospital en dónde seguro te mueres".
Pero eso si, si hablamos del Hospital 20 de Noviembre en Ciudad de México... Wow, ahí te atienden como Rey.
Terrible service, I say it only for this Hospital, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor. That is why they say: "The hospital where you will surely die."
But yes, if we talk about the November 20 Hospital in Mexico City ... Wow, they treat you like King there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio de verdad es una lástima que una institución de salud te trate de esa manera. Da lástima y coraje que personas que están comprometidas con la salud de la ciudadanía se comporten de manera tan déspota y poco profesional al puesto que están ocupando.
El ISSSTE de Acapulco es realmente indignante te haces esperar por una cita que supuestamente ya está programada para decirte que no sales en las listas y en vez que la recepcionista haga su trabajo se pone a promocional y vender productor en vez de hacer su trabajo, falta mencionar que los doctores no están capacitados para atender a los usuarios. Lo en mayúsculas EL DOCTOR DEL CONSULTORIO 5 DEL TURNO DESPERTINO CUAUHTEMOC TERAN ESTRADA es el doctor con menor capacidad, proponente y poco profesional del ISSSTE.
Además esta institución no cuenta con Carnets para los derecho ambientes lo cual eso ocasiona que nosotros no quedamos recibir nuestros servicios como se deben.
It is a terrible service really, it is a pity that a health institution treats you that way. It is a pity and courage that people who are committed to the health of the citizenry behave in such a despotic and unprofessional way to the position they are occupying.
The ISSSTE of Acapulco is really outrageous, you make you wait for an appointment that is supposedly already scheduled to tell you that you are not on the lists and instead of the receptionist doing her job she goes on to promote and sell producer instead of doing her job, it's missing mention that doctors are not trained to care for users. In capital letters THE DOCTOR OF THE OFFICE 5 OF THE DESPERTINO SHIFT CUAUHTEMOC TERAN ESTRADA is the doctor with the least capacity, proponent and unprofessional of the ISSSTE.
In addition, this institution does not have cards for environmental law, which means that we are not able to receive our services as they should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la pandemia se siguen los protocolos, sana distancia, control de la gente dentro del hospital en cuanto a la cantidad, uso de gel antibacterial. Lo único que puedo sugerir es que siendo un hospital deben de tener ARCO SANITIZANTE; porque no tiene?? Si otros lugares como restaurantes unoficinss o locales sí.
With the pandemic, protocols are followed, healthy distance, control of people within the hospital in terms of quantity, use of antibacterial gel. The only thing I can suggest is that being a hospital they must have SANITIZING ARCH; because it doesn't have ?? If other places like unoficinss or local restaurants yes.
