★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio muy pobre, los empleados te tratan muy mal, hablan muy golpeado, no te explican, no atienden tus llamadas, tienen un pésimo servicio de citas, hay que ir un día antes a las 5 de la mañana a sacar cita y volver al día siguiente para que te entreguen un medicamento. Lo hacen con la intención de hacer el servicio malo, no son eficientes, no hay doctores todo el tiempo, tienes que enfermarte de lunes a viernes en horario de oficina, de lo contrario te aguantas hasta el siguiente día. Tienen protocolos de seguridad muy malos, mientras que a los derecho ambientes se nos tiene afuera en el sol esperando y solo permiten que entre una persona, ellos y sus familiares entran y salen sin cubrebocas. Se que puede ser un servicio muy eficiente porque lo he visto en otros lugares pero en tepatitlán parece estar limitado por unos cuantos que hasta por el medicamento más básico se dificulta obtenerlo de ahí.
It is a very poor service, the employees treat you very badly, they speak very beaten, they do not explain you, they do not answer your calls, they have a terrible appointment service, you have to go the day before at 5 in the morning to make an appointment and return the next day to get a medicine delivered. They do it with the intention of doing the wrong service, they are not efficient, there are no doctors all the time, you have to get sick from Monday to Friday during office hours, otherwise you can put up with it until the next day. They have very bad security protocols, while in the right environments we are kept outside in the sun waiting and only allow one person to enter, they and their relatives enter and leave without face masks. I know it can be a very efficient service because I have seen it in other places but in Tepatitlán it seems to be limited by a few that even the most basic medicine makes it difficult to obtain from there.
