L	Luis Barrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un trámite de retiro por beneficiarios acudiendo 9 veces ya que el personal no tiene la capacitación necesaria, desconoce sus procesos, la información te la dan incompleta, no te dan un número de atención o seguimiento para el trámite, solicita información distinta indicada en los folletos para la realización de trámites y en cada visita estuve entre 3 y 4 horas.... mi experiencia es que se trata de una institución sumamente burócrata y con pocas ganas de dejar de serlo por lo que mi recomendación es ir con mucha paciencia, tiempo, y en cada trámite confirmar la documentación requerida ya que no toda esta marcada en los folletos.
