★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que formarte desde las tres AM para que alcances ficha, Y si me citan con el especialista Me dicen que me llamarán en un mes y nunca me llaman.
Tengo secuelas de covid y no las he podido atender . No sé si requiera alguna terapia. Estoy muy desepcionada, porque para ver un especialista particular me cobran más dinero y no tengo las posibilidades.

I have sequelae of covid and I have not been able to treat them. I don't know if it requires any therapy. I am very disappointed, because to see a particular specialist they charge me more money and I do not have the possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo el servicio, no hay organización ahora con los casos positivos a COVID tienes que hacer fila desde las 3 am para que te atiendan y lo único que pedí fue mi licencia médica para mi trabajo, dicen que te quedes en casa que cortemos la cadena y con estos trámites administrativos el trabajador es el que menos les importa. Es muy pequeña la unidad para todos los municipios que atiende, se debe ampliar, contratar más personal o construir otras unidad más cercana a los municipios por ejemplo de Amecameca.
The service is terrible, there is no organization now with the positive cases for COVID you have to queue from 3 am to be attended to and the only thing I asked for was my medical license for my work, they say that you stay at home so that we cut the chain and with these administrative procedures the worker is the least important to them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es comprensible que por la emergencia sanitaria esté todo muy controlado. Por desgracia en cuanto a sacar citas están muy atrasados.
Realmente es algo molesto y tedioso tener que esperar tantas horas desde un día antes para conseguir una ficha para el siguiente día. Deberían de pensar en que no pueden tener a tanta gente junta, ¿entonces dónde queda lo de la sana distancia?
Además, hay gente adulta mayor personas con muletas o bastones que no pueden permanecer tanto tiempo de pie...
Ojalá que una vez pasada la contingencia sanitaria se pueda organizar el personal administrativo en cuanto la repartición de fichas y así; se agilice el servicio para nosotros los derechohabientes.

It really is annoying and tedious having to wait so many hours from one day before to get a chip for the next day. They should think that they can't have so many people together, so where is the healthy distance?
Also, there are older adults people with crutches or canes who cannot stand as long ...
Hopefully, once the health contingency is over, the administrative staff can be organized as to the distribution of files and so on; the service is expedited for us the beneficiaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy pequeña para todos los usuarios que la usan, y hay que hacer fila desde muy temprano para alcanzar cita el mismo día. Si llegas después de las 8:00 am es muy probable que no alcances cita.

Te ddejan la intemperie por muchas horas, desde las 10 de la noche para que a las 6.00 am, un tipo mal encarado comienza a repartir las fichas. Si no llegas temprano no alcanzas consulta. es un asco el servicio administrativo.
Terrible, they force you to line up at dawn for one. File the next day. They leave you out in the open for many hours, from 10 at night until, at 6:00 am, a bad-looking guy begins to distribute the chips. If you don't arrive early you don't get consultation. the administrative service sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen control en higiene, y para ingresar a citas hay una fila larga, es para tomar signos y en la farmacia en entrega de medicamentos, tardan mucho en cada persona, tardas más formado que lo que dura tu consulta?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente, ahora con la pandemia y la cuatro T peor el servicio, no hay medicamentos, no hay citas por internet y formarte más de 7 horas para alcanzar una consulta, encima de eso la venta de lugares para consultas, y todavía siguen pensando que es amarillismo, no te puedes quejar con nadie por qué según ellos no tienen la culpa de lo que pasa, poca madre !!
Agregando que hay consultas nocturnas por qué no se dan abasto con esta clínica patito, arriesgando más a la gente a las bajas temperaturas teniendolas en la calle, organización mediocre por parte de las autoridades !!
Y seguimos con la deficiencia en el servicio y la falta de medicamentos, gracias 4 T !!
Mes de enero y seguimos con la misma ineptitud de los funcionarios del sistema medico del issste y la clínica patito de Chalco, eso es tener poca madre!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tienes que formar antes de las 4 de la mañana para alcanzar ficha y si te va bien te toca en el turno de la tarde. Deberían abrir otro ISSSTE en la zona oriente, ya que este atiende Chalco, Valle e Ixtapaluca y no tiene los suficientes recursos para atender a todos.
