★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al no tener sistema para dar medicamentos, no quieren ingresarlos manualmente los códigos cuando más tarde y prefieren dejar que el paciente se esté muriendo, no piensan en las personas que vienen de lejos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi a alguien mas feliz de dar un mal servicio , que al que le solicitas tu expediente, el que controla las citas. Muy mal servicio, quizá no cuenten con buenas instalaciones, ni las mejores condiciones para trabajar ni para ofrecer, pero yo como servidor público se que un trato amable y empático siempre se puede dar. Aun intento averiguar como poner una queja formal.
I never saw someone happier to give a bad service, than the one you request your file, the one who controls the appointments. Very bad service, may not have good facilities, or the best conditions to work or to offer, but I as a public servant that a kind and empathetic treatment can always be given. I'm still trying to figure out how to file a formal complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como toda dependencia de gobierno, es raro el q te atiende bien... Muchos faltantes en medicamentos. Casi nunca encuentras estacionamiento.
Like any government agency, it is rare that they take good care of you ... Many shortages in medicines. You hardly ever find parking.

Están en la profesión equivocada, por el trato al paciente y los familiares.
Las enfermeras gritan, chismean y se carcajean en la sala de descanso de los enfermos graves como si estuvieran vendiendo mercancía en un mercado al aire libre durante la noche,.
Una de ellas pide regalos a los pacientes y el derechohabiente tiene la obligación se ser su auxiliar cuando se les antoje, por que es familiar del enfermo, según ellas.
Muy mala experiencia en el hospital, pero en administración y consulta, bueno el servicio.

They are in the wrong profession, because of the treatment of the patient and the relatives.
Nurses yell, gossip and laugh in the critically ill rest room as if they were selling merchandise at an open-air market at night.
One of them asks patients for gifts and the beneficiary has the obligation to be their assistant when they please, because he is a relative of the patient, according to them.
Very bad experience in the hospital, but in administration and consultation, good service.
