Las enfermeras son amables y accesibles. En cuanto al personal médico, hay de todo, desde los que son amables hasta los que ni siquiera te voltean a ver para revisarte durante la consulta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí por síntomas de covid y/o hepatitis, con resultados de laboratorio en mano, sudando frío, mareado, angina de pecho, dolor de cabeza me dan consulta hasta la tarde regreso a mi consulta y el "Dr. Francisco Jiménez" que me atendió, me dice usted no tiene nada! Vallase y tómese unos paracetamol, a pesar que me vio sudando frío y le comenté de mis padecimientos, enseguida paso a coordinación y me dice la Dra. Valla a urgencias por qué aquí el Dr. Ya dió su diagnóstico y no puedo hacer nada. Acudí a urgencias en ISSSTE Zaragoza y efectivamente es hepatitis A, este tal "Dr. Francisco Jiménez" es un peligro, podría haberme causado daño hepático y en el peor de los casos hasta la muerte por su negligencia médica. Y si, levantaré una queja ante la autoridad competente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí a la clínica y dado que llegue temprano 6:30 alcance ficha para el turno vespertino, pues soy positiva a Covid. Realmente la atención dejó mucho que desear, les falta organización, el tiempo de espera es muy alto, incluso para obtener el carnet, y ya en consulta la Dra Ma. Guadalupe que me atendió considero no sabe contar, porque para extender la incapacidad contó desde el día en que me hicieron la prueba PCR, siendo que tardaron dos días en darme el resultado, los cuales seguí asistiendo a trabajar y me comento que solo me podía dar 7 días a partir del día que me realizaron la prueba, de los cuales ya pasaron 6 jaja y que si me siento mal, de nuevo me forme vaya a consulta y que aunque salga positiva ya no contagio. Así solo hayan pasado 7 días.

En pediatría nunca hay servicio, pero si dan servio a otras clínicas no le brindan el servicio a la gente que tiene derecho a esa clínica pero si tienen la atención a otras, que no corresponde. Fatal
