★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no le daría ni una estrella a esta clínica ya que el servicio de laboratorio lleva semanas incluso meses en el que no han agendado citas y lo único que te dicen es que no hay reactivos para dichos estudios ya sean de rutina sólo te dicen que vuelvas a venir por informes o que marques pero ni contestan, los elevadores no funcionan y ni hablar de la sana distancia que no se respeta, tampoco hay un buen lugar para el acceso de personas en sillas de ruedas ya que los carros se estacionan en dichos lugares en fin todo muy mal.
 Honestly, I would not give this clinic a single star since the laboratory service takes weeks even months in which they have not scheduled appointments and all they tell you is that there are no reagents for these studies, they are routine, they only tell you to come back to come for reports or to dial but they do not answer, the elevators do not work and not to mention the healthy distance that is not respected, there is not a good place for access for people in wheelchairs since cars are parked in those places in short everything very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Las enfermeras de mal humor parece que es requisito para su profesión. Las consultas no las atienden a la hora que te citan. Siempre son muy tardados para atender, te atienden más de dos horas después de la hora agendada. No les daba ni una estrella.
Terrible service. Grumpy nurses seem to be a requirement for their profession. The consultations are not answered at the time that they meet you. They are always very late to attend, they attend you more than two hours after the scheduled time. He didn't give them a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno es una clínica de especialidades y asistí para unos estudios médicos de laboratorio, y pues fue como cuando uno va al laboratorio a sacarte sangre y te pican con agujas y cosas así. No es muy glamuroso, eso si son muy profesionales.

Normalmente lo mandan a este lugar de las clínicas familiares para consulta de especialidades o para estudios como ultrasonido, rayos X, placas dentales y otros más. El problema es que tardan mucho tiempo en agendar las citas, normalmente de uno y a veces asta 3 meses. La atención es regular y el servicio como en todo el issste es lento. Falta mucho por mejorar sobre todo en que las citas no las den con tantos meses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llego a la AMC a las 15:03 por una rodilla inflamada, hay muchas enfermeras platicando y me preguntan motivo dd mi visita, les informo y me dicen hay mucha gente, y eso que! Contesto y me refieren no hay rayos X y les digo y ni medico. Ni un medico dando consulta y ellas "las enfermeras" corriendo a la gente, porque hay mucha gente, ni ellas, ni los medicos trabajando. Me mandan al 1ero de octubre, les digo, eso es para personas mas graves. Y no me reciben el carnet y no llegan medicos, y no contestan para queja....?
