★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato de la Dra. Pamela de Psiquiatría, muy humanitaria, paciente y con la mejor actitud, siempre muy atenta. Ella sí escucha lo que le estas diciendo, no solo te atiende por cumplir, realmente te presta el servicio por el que recibe su salario!!!
 Excellent treatment from Dr. Pamela from Psychiatry, very humanitarian, patient and with the best attitude, always very attentive. She does listen to what you are saying, not only does she take care of you for complying, she really gives you the service for which she receives her salary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está mega horrible!! Te tardan mucho en urgencias y aún a sí no obstante que no tienen gente los doctores se la pasan en el celular en ves de atender !! Sale un paciente del consultorio y tarda dos horas y media en pasar el otro! Mi pregunta es que hacen en ese tiempo en ves de estar trabajando y atendiendo pacientes !
It is mega horrible! They take you a lot in the emergency room and even though they do not have people, the doctors spend their time on the cell phone instead of attending! A patient leaves the office and it takes two and a half hours to pass the other one! My question is what they do in that time instead of being working and attending patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada ha servido que haya sido creado por el presidente López Mateos en los años 60´s desde hace muchos años, lamentablemente con el paso del tiempo ha sido una vergüenza, su atención medica ¡no bueno... pésimo se quedan corto!... es "BASURA" me gustaría que se hiciera una restructuración total desde el barrendero hasta su director pero creo que este comentario para ellos es como oídos sordos.
Solo me gustaría que algún día un funcionario o trabajador lea este mensaje y reflexione lo que en verdad significa el ISSSTE para la sociedad mexicana...
PD. si quieres morirte vete al issste... y prefiero que me quiten esta prestación para que no me roben mas de mi nomina :(
It has been of no use that it was created by President López Mateos in the 60's for many years, unfortunately with the passage of time it has been a shame, his medical care, not good... lousy, they fall short! .. it's "GARBAGE" I would like a total restructuring to be done from the street sweeper to its director but I think that this comment for them is like deaf ears.
I would only like that one day an official or worker reads this message and reflects on what the ISSSTE really means for Mexican society...
P.S. if you want to die go to the issste... and I prefer that they take away this benefit so that they don't steal more of my payroll :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la doctora dra de oftalmología robo el expediente de mi mama del archivo alegando que tenia que llevárselo a su casa para “adelantar trabajo” y por lo cual llevo mas de 1 año sin poder recibir el dictamen medico, tenemos pruebas de que le ha pedido dinero a mi mama para agilizar el tramite ya se reporto con la subdirectora por que el director del hospital nunca esta, a lo cual nos dicen que si queremos meter alguna queja se acuda al conamed, Increíble la situación que estamos viviendo.
Terrible service, the doctor of ophthalmology stole my mother's file from the archive, alleging that she had to take it home to "advance work" and for which I have not been able to receive the medical opinion for more than 1 year, we have proof that she has I asked my mom for money to speed up the process. She already reported to the deputy director because the director of the hospital is never there, to which they tell us that if we want to make a complaint, we should go to conamed. The situation we are experiencing is incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser hospital deberían poner las atención en los baños, no cuentan con jabón para lavar las manos, al menos los que yo usé, la limpieza en general esta bien, buen servicio
To be a hospital, they should pay attention to the bathrooms, they do not have soap to wash hands, at least the ones I used, cleanliness in general is good, good service
