★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando que es clínica del ISSSTE (creo que no se puede esperar mucho), me parece de las mejores del Instituto. Hay médicos estrictos pero a la vez la mayoría muy humanos. La Dirección constantemente sufre cambios y traen a los médicos a raya. El problema en la clínica es el estacionamiento, de plano no hay donde dejar un auto.
 Considering that it is an ISSSTE clinic (I don't think you can expect much), it seems to me one of the best in the Institute. There are strict doctors but most of them very human. The Directorate constantly undergoes changes and bring doctors at bay. The problem in the clinic is parking, flat there is nowhere to leave a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sistema en general está bien. La dirección actual y su personal de confianza dejan entrever dificultades con el personal de base y viceversa, no es fácil auditor como paciente y tener que lidiar con ello.
Es absurdo que sólo puedan aplicarse vacunas en un horario limitado durante el turno matutino. En el vespertino, ni soñarlo.
El módulo de trámite de pases funciona irregularmente así que no es fácil tener certeza al respecto.
Parece que se administra un poco mejor la atención gerontológica. Al menos, estos pacientes no tienen que subir escaleras.
Las actividades de activación física de la clínica son populares.
Recientemente, colocaron indicaciones de estar 25 minutos antes de la hora de cita en el archivo.
El baño de hombres de la planta baja lleva tiempo fuera de servicio.
Hay problemas muy sabidos con la sustitución de medicamentos de patente por genéricos, festejo para ciertos miembros de su comunidad, etc.
The overall system is fine. The current management and its trusted staff reveal difficulties with the base staff and vice versa, it is not easy to be an auditor as a patient and to have to deal with it.
It is absurd that vaccines can only be given on a limited schedule during the morning shift. In the evening, not even dreaming about it.
The pass processing module works irregularly so it is not easy to be certain about it.
It seems that gerontological care is managed a little better. At least these patients don't have to climb stairs.
The clinic's physical activation activities are popular.
They recently put directions to stay 25 minutes before the appointment time on file.
The men's room downstairs has been out of service for some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He sido atendido muy eficazmente por dos médicos de la Clínica de Valle en Cdmx del ISSSTE: he tenido varías consultas con la médica diabetodóloga Dra Ochoa que siempre ha sido muy profesional en los diversos aspectos de los cuidados que debo tener con la diabetes mellitus, alimentación, ejercicio y medicamentos. En fecha más reciente me atendió el médico familiar Rubén Aldana en consultorio 6 de la misma Clínica ISSSTE de Col del Valle. Realizó una completa historia clínica, antes me tomaron signos vitales. Ordenó un electrocardiograma y examen de sangre y orina que ya fueron realizados. También recibí atención sin cita del área de nutrición y se me realizó una prueba de antígeno prostatica. En síntesis he quedado sumamente satisfecho de la atención médica y de todo el personal de la Clinica. Como persona vinculada a temas de salud preventiva y salud pública así como salud binacional migrante en Mexico y EU y como hijo de médico familiar del IMSS puedo dar constancia de la buena atención y actitud de todo el personal de esta Clínica.
I have been treated very effectively by two doctors from the ISSSTE Valley Clinic in Cdmx: I have had several consultations with the diabetic doctor Dr. Ochoa who has always been very professional in the various aspects of the care that I should have with diabetes mellitus, food , exercise and medications. More recently, the family doctor Rubén Aldana attended me in office 6 of the same ISSSTE Clinic in Col del Valle. He took a complete medical history, before I had vital signs taken. He ordered an EKG and blood and urine tests that have already been done. I also received walk-in care from the nutrition area and had a prostate antigen test. In short, I have been extremely satisfied with the medical care and with all the staff at the Clinic. As a person linked to preventive health and public health issues as well as migrant binational health in Mexico and the United States and as the son of a family doctor of the IMSS, I can attest to the good care and attitude of all the staff of this Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nutrióloga del turno matutino muy déspota y siempre evita atender, por un minuto de retraso en la cita te la cancela sin embargo ella puede dejarte esperando horas. Traté de presentar queja con la directora de la clínica pero dijo que no podía hacer algo. No hay citas para especialidades, tengo medio año esperando una cita para Cardiología. Las señoras de ventanillas sumamente groseras, en verdad que no se le ve fin a los malos tratos del personal.
The nutritionist of the morning shift is very despotic and always avoids attending, for a minute late in the appointment she cancels it, however she can leave you waiting for hours. I tried to file a complaint with the clinic director but she said there was nothing she could do. There are no appointments for specialties, I have half a year waiting for an appointment for Cardiology. The ladies at the windows extremely rude, in truth there is no end to the mistreatment of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente la enfermera de vacunas de la mañana hace esperar más de una hora con el bebé o niño de en brazos, mientras arregla sus asuntos personales y de papelería , las tres ocasiones que he acudido me ha tardado más de una hora por estar platicando a puerta abierta y riendo a pesar q sabe q estás esperando vacuna, y cuando preguntas si tiene las vacunas te dice si en un momento la atiendo ! Y así pasan los minutos, no pido inmediatez solo consideración del tener q estar en un centro de salud esperando con un bebé ! Exponiéndolo a enfermos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran servicio. Para ser una clínica del issste todos amables. Pero deberían hacer algo para educar a los derechohabientes, son muy groseros con todo el personal de recepción y vigilancia. En 20 min que estamos formados , dicen muchas cosas irracionales y tienen que estarlos persiguiendo por qué siempre rompen los protocolos de atención.
Great service. To be a clinic issste all friendly. But they should do something to educate the rights holders, they are very rude to all the reception and surveillance staff. In the 20 minutes that we are trained, they say a lot of irrational things and they have to be chasing them because they always break care protocols.
