★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no la tuve, no te atienden y trabajan como a ellos se les antoja o se ocurre, no organización ni control cada quien de está clinica puede jugar con el tiempo de los pacientes. El Dr Avilés mala atención a los pacientes el puede determinar de tu tiempo y llevas muletas o vienes en silla de ruedas, pues te dirá que te aguantes por qué tendrás que venir al siguiente ndia a consulta... NO DE VDD QUE MAL NO FUERA SU OARIENTE POR QUE ENSEGUIDA TE ATIENDEN, me queda claro que estamos en México, pero en México no podemos hacer bien las cosas o de vdd nadie quiere teavajar, bien pero todo el mundo quiere cobrar y nosotros les pagamos por qué nos atiendan.
Fin estoy sumamente molestó.
 Terrible attention, I didn't have it, they don't take care of you and they work as they want or it happens, no organization or control, everyone in this clinic can play with the patients' time. Dr Avilés bad patient care he can determine your time and you carry crutches or come in a wheelchair, because he will tell you to hold on because you will have to come the next day to consult ... NOT FROM VDD THAT IT WASN'T WRONG YOUR OARIENTE WHY THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU IMMEDIATELY, it is clear to me that we are in Mexico, but in Mexico we cannot do things well or from you nobody wants to teavajar, well but everyone wants to get paid and we pay them why they treat us.
End I am extremely upset.

Llevo queriendo contactarme 3 semanas.
The phone number rings but NOBODY NEVER ANSWERS, they should change the phone number if it's not there anymore.
I've been wanting to contact you for 3 weeks.

Staff that attends in force without a mask and as despotic as it can be. Terrible service from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO, NEFASTO, HORRIBLE, es una falta de respeto tener a los pacientes esperando hasta que ellos quieran atender (más a las personas de la tercera edad), a uno por menos de 2 minutos le niegan la consulta y para recibir una atención grosera y con prepotencia. MUY MAL SU SERVICIO
AWFUL, DANGEROUS, HORRIBLE, it is disrespectful to have patients waiting until they want to attend (especially the elderly), one for less than 2 minutes is denied the consultation and to receive rude and with arrogance. YOUR SERVICE IS VERY BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí por el segundo refuerzo de la vacuna COVID-19, no soy derechohabiente del ISSSTE, sin embargo la atención desde la entrada a esta unidad fue excelente, el personal que te apoya con el llenado del formato y las enfermeras que aplican la vacuna igual de atentos y agradables. Muy recomendable asistir a esta unidad por tu vacuna.
I attended for the second reinforcement of the COVID-19 vaccine, I am not a beneficiary of the ISSSTE, however the attention from the entrance to this unit was excellent, the staff that supports you with the filling out of the form and the nurses who apply the vaccine just as attentive and pleasant. Highly recommended to attend this unit for your vaccine.
