En ventanilla para citas, no tienen empatía con personas mayores, algunos vienen de otras localidades (fuera del área metropolitana de Mty a consulta y cuando por fin llega su turno, le dicen "venga mañana, ya no hay citas", y las personas pierden el día por el tiempo de transporte. Les falta personal para atender ventanilla de archivo, para buscar expedientes, para hacer citas, y para confirmar las citas que se hacen vía telefónica o vía internet. Las personas que trabajan tienen que pedir permiso para acudir a sacar cita, y es frustrante que te digan "venga mañana, ya no hay citas." Quizá hacen falta más medic@s para atender a tantos derechohabientes. En hospital-instalaciones tiene buena infraestructura. Los guardias de seguridad externos al hospital tmbn tienen buena atencion. Te atienden con malos modos y casi te quieren pegar. M	Monica Arvizu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el servicio horrendo tanto de Doctores como de enfermeras y de cualquier tipo de trabajadores ,si a eso se le puede llamar de ese manera, mucha falta de profesionalismo y ética, que no tienen supervisores o personas responsables entonces por que seguir en servicio .. cierren el changarro porque para la calidad de trato que dan es de lo más bajo .. que de nada sirve que tengan puesta su cara de jetas cuando de les cuestiona sobre algo y más dejar sin atender a gente que realmente necesita cuidado.
