★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica para urgencias y consulta externa, buena atención en ambas, lugar con algunas limitaciones en el servicio, deficiencia en la entrega de medicamentos, buena higiene, estacionamiento muy limitado. Se realizan actividades físicas para personas mayores y de mejoramiento físico.
Clinic for emergencies and external consultation, good care in both, place with some limitations in the service, deficiency in the delivery of medicines, good hygiene, very limited parking. Physical activities are carried out for the elderly and for physical improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta clínica esta olvidada del gobierno... las áreas de consulta están en pésimas condiciones, los pasillos muy sucios, las paredes super sucias una atención muy lenta, le falta una remodelación total,, ampliación de camas para hospitalizar, le falta un buen líder capas de gestionar y de trasformar el sistema de este hospital,
y que el gobierno apoye lo que el director gestione... sin apoyo no se puede hacer nada en las clínicas del ISSSTE que he conocido Esta es la peor que he visto.
Por favor hagan algo por sus poderhabientes tu podrías ser uno de ellos.
This clinic is forgotten by the government ... the consultation areas are in very bad condition, the very dirty corridors, the super dirty walls are very slow attention, they lack a total remodeling ,, expansion of beds to hospitalize, a good leader is missing layers of managing and transforming the system of this hospital,
and that the government supports what the director manages ... without support nothing can be done in the ISSSTE clinics that I have known This is the worst I have seen.
Please do something for your powerholders, you could be one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí al hospital por la mañana a eso de las 9:00 mientras esperaba a mi familiar, observe que una persona de apariencia sucia vertía basura en el rio, por cierto lucia con agua limpia y cristalina, hago un llamado a las autoridades para que vigilen esta situación, así como a los vecinos del lugar para que no le entreguen bolsas de basura a personas que no están autorizados para recoger la basura.
Today I went to the hospital in the morning at about 9:00 am while I was waiting for my family member, I noticed that a dirty-looking person was pouring garbage into the river, by the way he looked with clean and clear water, I call the authorities to monitor this situation, as well as the neighbors of the place so that they do not give garbage bags to people who are not authorized to pick up the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familiar con capacidades diferentes ha estado internado en esta clínica 2 veces por enfermedades graves, una hace 3 años por 13 días y la otra por 5 días justo salimos ayer. Y gracias a Dios la atención médica y de calidad humana ha sido excelente por parte de todos desde los policías, las enfermeras, estudiantes de enfermeria y médicos. Si bien es cierto tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad y mucho por hacer, para mi un agradecimiento de todo corazón para todas las personas que lo han atendido.
My family member with different abilities has been admitted to this clinic 2 times for serious illnesses, one 3 years ago for 13 days and the other for 5 days just left yesterday. And thank God the medical and human quality care has been excellent by everyone from the police, nurses, nursing students and doctors. While it is true it has many areas of opportunity and much to do, for me a heartfelt thanks to all the people who have attended it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay personas de la tercera edad esperando, desde las 04:00 am se supone que son derechohabientes, para todo tienen que hacer fila atienden hasta después de las 08:00 am, la atención al cliente x así llamarlo es pésima.
There are seniors waiting, from 04:00 am they are supposed to be beneficiaries, they have to wait in line for everything until after 08:00 am, customer service x so to call it is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunes 6 de diciembre de 2021 habrá mantenimiento del equipo de Rayos X a partir de las 10:00 am por lo que ese día se suspenderá el servicio por tiempo indefinido y se reagendarán los estudios.
Gracias por su comprensión, el mantenimiento es necesario para poder mejorar la atención.
