Desafortunadamente no pude ir a mi cita programada un día antes y voy llegando después de un tráfico de dos horas, vengo de Huixquilucan y llego y ni un letrero en la puerta del cúbiculo de nutrición, pregunte a trabajo social y me contestó no esta nadie, en ningún momento me dijo hoy no hay servicio, me espere y fui a preguntar a otra persona y me dice hoy no hay servicio, mi pregunta es ¿ Cuando abra servicio ? cómo le hago para volver y que haya servicio para reprogramar mi cita. Agradecería se me informará para volver a presentarme con más seguridad. Agradezco la atención.

No les importa que uno también tiene un trabajo que atender y responsabilidades que cumplir, se trata de la atención a la salud y deberían de mostrar más atención y preocupación al paciente.
