★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del área administrativa:
1 No prestan la atención debida a los usuarios del hospital para proporcionar información usuable y rápida.
2 Tratan de forma déspota a las personas, sin tomar en cuenta la gravedad de la enfermedad con la que se presentan.
3 Un trámite simple lo complican por su negligencia al atender a las personas, y su falta de respeto.
4 La misma gente que asiste prefiere retirarse e ir a otros hospitales como el Balbuena, para que puedan ser atendidos debido al pésimo servicio.
5 No hay sistema para poder darse de alta y solo te hacen perder el tiempo.
 Terrible service by the administrative area:
1 Do not pay due attention to hospital users to provide usable and fast information.
2 They treat people in a despotic manner, without taking into account the seriousness of the disease with which they occur.
3 A simple process is complicated by his negligence in attending to people, and their lack of respect.
4 The same people who attend prefer to retire and go to other hospitals such as Balbuena, so that they can be cared for due to the terrible service.
5 There is no system to register and they only waste your time.

Solo dan cita a conocidos y muy descarados.
Puntos bueno el doctor Húmberto es increíblemente amable, comprensivo y humano igual que las enfermeraras.
Ellas mismas ven por nuestro bienestar y ni les importa discutir con el personal administrativo.
Como siempre los más groseros donde entregan medicamentos.
The despotic administrative staff treat you very badly.
They only meet acquaintances and very cheeky.
Good points Dr. Húmberto is incredibly kind, understanding and human just like the nurses.
They themselves see for our well-being and do not mind arguing with the administrative staff.
As always the rudest where they deliver medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesita renovación, doctores, mas fichas, menos cola, en internet no se logra hacer cita es una clínica buena pero se han olvidado de poner buena atención médica en milpa alta !!!
It needs renovation, doctors, more records, less queue, on the internet you can't make an appointment, it's a good clinic but they have forgotten to provide good medical care in milpa alta!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengo 3 meses esperando mi pase y no me lo dan me tuve que ir hacer mis estudios a laboratorios particular y tratarme también con doctor particular y todavía dice el Dr. Medina que ya olvide el pasado que ya hicieron mucho por elaborar el pase.
I have been waiting for my pass for 3 months and they don't give it to me. I had to go do my studies at a private laboratory and also treat myself with a private doctor and Dr. Medina still says that I should forget the past because they already did a lot to prepare the pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala organización, no es posible que tengas que formarte desde las 4 o 5 de la mañana para alcanzar ficha y te den el servicio hasta las 10 si bien te va. Aunque me sienta mal por mi padecimiento prefiero ir a trabajar que acudir a está clínica . Pobre de un adulto mayor que apart de estar enfermo tenga que aguantar el frío y el mal trato por parte de el personal
Bad organization, it is not possible that you have to line up from 4 or 5 in the morning to reach a record and they give you the service until 10 if it goes well. Although I feel bad because of my condition, I prefer to go to work than to go to this clinic. Poor older adult who apart from being sick has to put up with the cold and poor treatment by the staff
