★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los médicos que atienden la consulta super amables y atentos, en la mejor disposición para atenderte, pero la directora, una persona sumamente prepotente, soberbia y carente de empatía y lógica.
Después de mi consulta para solicitar resumen clínico me envía el médico a Archivo por un sello, la señorita me informa que la directora debe dar el visto bueno, pero no se encuentra porque salió a una junta, que regrese a las 4 de la tarde, regreso a las cuatro y me tiene en espera por media hora, sale y me informa que ella no puede sellar el documento porque no estan los laboratorios que avalan mi estado de salud, por lo cual me retiro al domicilio por ellos, regreso con los laboratorios y me dice que se van a quedar en el expediente, le contesto que no hay problema, me entrega el Resumen Médico sin sello, lo cual me extraña y la cuestiono que si no lo va a sellar y se niega.
¿¿¿Porque desde un principio no me dice claramente que no va a firmar ni sellar el documento???
¿¿¿Por qué esa actitud despota e innecesaria de exponer a un paciente diabético a regresar tres veces el mismo día si no pensaba solucionar nada???

Why don't you tell me clearly from the beginning that you are not going to sign or seal the document ???
Why this despotic and unnecessary attitude of exposing a diabetic patient to return three times the same day if he did not think to solve anything ???
