Llegue temprano ya que un día antes me enteré al caminar un alambre oxidado para solicitar la aplicación de la vacuna para el Tétanos desde la entrada me informo la policía que no había pero que hablara con la enfermera así lo hice y en efecto no hay me consejo pasar a consulta eran las 8 am, a las 8:30 me dan mi carnet, la consulta era a las 10:00 am, salí a desayunar. Regrese antes y por fortuna me atendió la doctora del consultorio 6, no sin antes decirme que habían reprogramado mi consulta para las 11:40 pero me iba atender porque tenia 15 min que le dijera que tenía. Después necesite curación y tuve que esperar 1 hora, preguntando al poco personal que se encontraba me informaron que estaban en reunión sindical y NO existe poder alguno que los mueva de ese lugar. Después de una hora me atiende la enfermera eso sí muy amable y me dice que vaya al centro de Salud que se encuentra cerca de la delegación GAM para que me apliquen la vacuna. Me informaron que no había. Tuve que ir a un consultorio particular pagando $1000 por la vacuna. Estoy muy inconforme ante esta situación ya que quince tras quince me descuentan y cuando necesito el servicio es deficiente. En la dirección no se encontraba la doctora pero había en la sala varias personas mayores molestas como yo que me indicaron que es inútil hablar con ella porque es déspota y no da solución a los problemas. After an hour the nurse treats me, that is, very kind and tells me to go to the Health center that is near the GAM delegation to get the vaccine. They informed me that there were none. I had to go to a private office paying $ 1000 for the vaccine. I am very dissatisfied with this situation since fifteen after fifteen they discount me and when I need the service it is deficient. The doctor was not at the address but there were several annoying older people like me in the room who told me that it is useless to talk to her because she is a despot and does not give a solution to problems.
S	Sara Méndez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente yo tuve una experiencia MUY MALA. fue mi 1er visita a la clínica x un accidente q tuve... el policía cn muy mal trato, el Subdirector a pesar de ser joven, nada empático ( yo no iba cn cita) y me dijo q a mí me habían echado ' ma mano pq me atendieran. Le expliqué xq iba hasta ese momento y me dijo q lo q pasara fuera de la clínica no le importaba.. la enfermera en la entrada tambn me dijo q tenia q ir desde las 11 am para pasar a consulta en la tarde, aprox a las 4 pm. Sinceramente muy decepcionada..... soy médico general de los servicios médicos de la CDMX. Unfortunately I had a VERY BAD experience. Los consultorios, se encuentran en el primer piso, además el elevador no funciona. There are no ramps or spaces that facilitate the mobility of disabled people; in addition, adequate care. Los médicos son excelentes, tienen buen trato y conocimiento de las enfermedades que tengas. To have an appointment you have to arrive in advance and some administrative complications that you have to have a lot of patience. The doctors are excellent, they have good treatment and knowledge of the diseases you have.
