Carlos Ipacamú, desde marzo 2020 dice que los certificados de beneficiarios del seguro institucional saldrán en octubre o noviembre, le llamas a los teléfonos que el da y si marcas ahí mismo, jamás suenan y por lo tanto no contestan. Eso sí, No te enojes porque te tratan negligentemente, es triste que este señor sirva de esta manera, quizás esta solo, esta triste o la Delegación No lo respalda como el quisiera. Entonces nosotros pagamos los platos rotos. Hoy 31 enero 2022, dicen que pagaran en abril.
