FALTA CAPACIDAD DE LA GENTE PARA DAR EL SERVICIO,SON SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS SEÑORES!!!! Y si no les gusta les sugiero cambien de trabajo. Estaban más preocupadas por su platica que en contestar mi saludo o percatarse de mi presencia. Llegaron sus tortas y se pusieron a comer frente a nosotros, sin ocuparse de dar atención al derechohabiente. Sugerencia. Les urge una capacitación a esas empleadas, en especial a una de ellas. También sugiero les den un tiempo para comer lejos de su escritorio y no frente a los derechohabientes. Pregunta: tienen jefe? De que se ocupa.? Espero respuesta. Hoy fui a recoger un certificado de retiro, y la mujer sentada creo ventanilla 2, oficinas carrizales. estatura baja, con muy poco coeficiente de servicio, en el momento que me estaba atendiendo se molesto y empezó a ofender sobre que estaba faltando al respeto, no hubo ningun elemento para que me hiciera esos comentarios, por lo tanto solicito que se le capacite para que brinde mejor servicios, y no sea reactiva emocional a temas propios del servicio. Voy a continuar con denuncia ante delegado del ISSSTE. Terrible service. Es una falta de respeto.
