★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al día de hoy 01 de junio de 2020, es un pésimo servicio en el turno de la tarde, a diferencia del turno de la a mañana que en plena pandemia brindan un servicio ágil y de calidad, se me ocurrió venir a consulta en la tarde y llevo dos horas y aún no me atienen y eso que tengo la ficha 4, si es el colmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando eres joven te puedes formar a las 6 de la mañana con el frío y después aguantar el calor y el humo de los vehículos. Pero cuando tienes 85 años y tienes que detenerte de una andadera para estar de pie.. Es muy diferente.. Ojalá algún día usen la tecnología básica y no le hagan a los usuarios pasar por esta situación tan desagradable..
When you are young you can train at 6 in the morning with the cold and then endure the heat and smoke from the vehicles. But when you are 85 years old and you have to stop from a walker to stand .. It is very different .. Hopefully one day they will use basic technology and not put users through this unpleasant situation ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general me atendieron muy bien, el trámite administrativo fue un poco tardado para que me otorgarán receta para oxígeno, pero todo el personal fue amable conmigo. Sólo el personal de farmacia requiere tener
capacitación para atender de forma adecuada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es horrendo que saquen a los pacientes a formarse afuera para ingresar a la farmacia, siempre que voy regreso enferma porque me sacan a formarme en la calle para la farmacia en el rayo del sol, cuando por fin me toca entrar adentro está frío y por eso se resfria la gente, en la farmacia muy amable el personal pero muy lentos, la atención Médica y las demás áreas excelentes a excepción de la farmacia.
It is horrendous that they take patients to line up outside to enter the pharmacy, every time I go I come back sick because they take me out to line up on the street for the pharmacy in the sunlight, when I finally have to go inside it is cold and that is why people get colds, in the pharmacy the staff are very friendly but very slow, medical attention and the other excellent areas except for the pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es rápida dependiendo del consultorio que te toque, en medicina preventiva hacen pruebas rápidas de diabetes y de hepatitis, esto es muy bueno. Todo va bien si no te cambian de consultorio porque faltó tu médico ya que el que te toque tiene otros más ya acumulados.
