★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación,el inconveniente no cuenta con estacionamiento, brindan buena atención, puedes sacar cita vía telefónica instalaciones limpias han mejorado los procesos los tiempos de espera oscilan entre 45 minutos a 2 hrs depende la especialidad o consultorio, no cuentan con buzón de quejas a la vista es importante para que se conozca el sentir y problemática de los usuarios y le den el debido seguimiento y solución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy en la mañana asistí a la clínica y llegaron las vacunas de influenza y salió la enfermera de medicina preventiva para decir que podían pasar a vacunarse, habia personas de todas las edades. Yo me acerque para preguntar si mi hijo de 14 años podía recibir la vacuna saliendo de clases entre las 13:30 y 14:00hrs y me dijeron que si, una enfermera MORENA, GORDITA DE LENTES que siempre esta en esa área, llego por la vacuna y se la negaron pero primero me dijeron que no había que todavíano les llegaba, pero cuando les comente lo de la mañana le llamaron al jefe de medicina preventiva, ni siquiera pude pasar, salieron a decirme que llegaron solo para los de la tercera edad. Yo soy derechohabiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clínica muy chica para todo el municipio de Naucalpan de Juárez por lo que la atención es deficiente y tardas mucho en recibir cita de alguna especialidad (se que hay gente esperando mas de año y medio) también creo es inhumano tener a los pacientes afuera para obtener cita (gente desde las 4 am ) ahora los separan para covid y normal pero en ambos casos debes esperar afuera del issste, sobre las escaleras o banqueta y lo malo que debe ser el paciente para evitar malos entendidos, creo deberían ser más consientes de las inclemencias del tiempo y los riegos de seguridad. En general los empleado son mal encarado y uno que otro atiende de buena manera

A pesar de salir de la consulta antes de las 7:30 , te dicen que abren ventanilla hasta las Ocho y gritan a los cuatro vientos que se van primero a desayunar y tienes que espéralos simplemente por un sello., el resto de la atención , vigilancia , médicos y enfermeras , la verdad han sido muy profesionales y puntuales .
