★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio,de nada sirve que en la entrada te den tu turno si no lo respetan, no entiendo por qué se ponen tan estrictos si realmente tienen un desorden en sus procesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil estacionarse, un mundo de gente, la burocracia a todo lo que da, caras largas, filas por todos lados y la mayoría por errores administrativos que se generan por falta de información o aplicación en su trabajo. La documentación que se indica en internet no es respetada para los trámites, pareciera que piden a capricho; aguas si caes en el puesto de las copias, una a color te la cobran en 15.00. Seguramente hay sus honrosas excepciones, pero lamentablemente son eso: excepciones.
Difficult to park, a world of people, bureaucracy at its best, long faces, lines everywhere and most of them due to administrative errors that are generated by lack of information or application in their work. The documentation that is indicated on the internet is not respected for the procedures, it seems that they ask on a whim; water if you fall at the copy stand, a color one is charged at 15.00. Surely there are their honorable exceptions, but unfortunately they are just that: exceptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención ? pésimo servicio ? 4 horas para una credencial la cuál yo pago mis impuestos de cartón yo tuve que llevar mi fotografía, el personal muy mal muchos pretextos ,los policías muy prepotentes que no se puede usar el teléfono celular y que calladito se ve uno más bonito,en general muy muy mal . Deberían hacer algo pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal nefasto, malencarado, con pocas ganas de trabajar, para cualquier trámite quieren verte dando vueltas, un sistema de trabajo obsoleto y mediocre. Si va a hacer un trámite, lleve mucha paciencia. Una pena que sea así.

El personal es muy atento y amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de mi vida, la peor forma de centralizar un tramite administrativo: tienes que madrugar para alcanzar una de las 20 fichas que dan, en mi caso fue por un tramite de Riesgo de trabajo; la primera vez llegué al rededor del medio día y obvio ya no nos recibieron, la segunda ocasión llegamos a las 6:30 de la mañana y me tocó la ficha 14, la segunda vez que nos hicieron volver llegamos a las 5:30 y fuimos la 4ta ficha, no obstante no hay ninguna patrulla para apoyo, los vigilantes de las instalaciones dormidos y a esa hora que llegamos nos intentaron quitar el carro y me dispararon, afortunadamente y por milagro no logró herirme y tampoco pudieron quitarnos el coche. La patrulla acudió al llamado de auxilio que hice al 911 pero no se quedó, dijeron que mandarían otra la cual tardó en llegar y solo llegaron al sitio, se tomaron una foto en el lugar y se marcharon. Tengan cuidado.
The worst experience of my life, the worst way to centralize an administrative process: you have to get up early to get one of the 20 cards they give, in my case it was for a work risk process; the first time I arrived around noon and obviously they no longer received us, the second time we arrived at 6:30 in the morning and I got ticket 14, the second time they made us come back we arrived at 5:30 and went the 4th card, however there is no patrol for support, the guards of the facilities asleep and at that time that we arrived they tried to take our car and they shot me, fortunately and by a miracle they did not manage to hurt me and they could not take our car from us either. The patrol attended the call for help that I made to 911 but did not stay, they said they would send another one which took a long time to arrive and they only arrived at the site, took a photo in the place and left. Be careful.
