Instalaciones modernas, funcionales y amplias, pero, el baño en muy malas condiciones.

Mala atención. Mi familiar llegó con una fractura por una caída y se contagió. No le dieron el medicamento adecuado. Los médicos y personal NO PORTAN GAFETE. No da información de avances, NO te dicen si empeora. Mi familiar murió a los 9 días de un contagio dentro del Hospital, de otra enfermedad. Los médicos e internistas son inexpertos y DÉSPOTAS. En PAZ descansen todos los pacientes mal atendidos. Ojalá el director del hospital cambie todas esas irregularidades. No se queden callados... por que por eso maltratan a las personas humildes. Recuerden que los derecho habientes pagan quincenalmente una cuota. Todo está pagado y el personal del hospital debe atender con eficiencia y respeto al paciente enfermo e indefenso.

Nefasto el servicio del issste leon, soy derochohabiente y tuve q aser tramites de mi familiar q trabaja para el gobierno del estado por salud no puede aser sus tramites, pero no significa q nos puedan tratar mal y traer ha vuelta y vuelta si yo aun les pregunto que es lo q falta, además atienden mal en subrogados todo por un sella, q acepto no me fije en la fecha de solicitud de los estudios, pero no es motivo para q te atiendan mal, que mal por asientos internos del issste q no asen nada por las quejas. Posdata: Nefasto el servicio en General

Muy bien organizados para los trámites. Recomendable que la gente tome conciencia para evitar exponerse y así seamos facilitadores en la no saturación de hospitales.

En cuestión salud agradezco al personal médico de traumatología, Dr Sandoval y sus asistentes, a las enfermeras que me atendieron en piso 1, pediatría, de Neurocirugía la Dra Medrano antes de pandemia íbamos bien, mi descontento es con lo administrativo, después de pandemia mucho problema para obtener citas y dar continuidad, dos años sin atenderme y es como volver a empezar

Pesimo servicio desde la srita Julia que se le preguntan dudas y no sabe a qué hora serás atendido pero si pasan rápido a los familiares de ellos mismos creo q no se vale todos somos iguales yo yegue el dia 7 enero a las 11:40 am y pase hasta las 6:30 con el dr Noe otro personal pésimo para atender tantas horas sentada para q me dijera que el no puede hacer nada que regrese el lunes 10 a medicina familiar estaba yo sin desayunar ni comer hasta que un enfermero de apellido Yepez tuvo la amabilidad de darme comida yabqie soy diabética pero espero hagan algo pronto y cambien el servicio al menos que mínimo las de la entrada (trabajadora social) tenga una sonrisa o palabras adecuadas para responder está tratando con personas enfermas no con algun animal yo soy servidora publica tambien y creo que las personas que vamos a urgencias merecemos atención ya que pagamos impuestos y ser tratados como si fueras también sus familiares porque se dió demasiado a notar las personas conocidas del dr y de ella y no se vale. Espero ojalá consideren este comentario no puedo dar ni dos estrellas porque creo que les falta mucho por aprender de EMPATÍA y se trata de SALUD no de algún trámite cualquiera es como si las tuvieran a la fuerza ahi trabajando

Algunas enfermeras, médicos y personal del hospital son rescatables como profesionales y seres humanos de la institución, peeeero los demás, solo buscan desangrar al prójimo y al Issste, ese lugar se cae y la atención cada vez es peor. Como maestra que soy, me daría pavor terminar ahí. Tienen que hacer cambios positivos con urgencia!!!
Some nurses, doctors and hospital staff are salvageable as professionals and human beings of the institution, but the rest, they only seek to bleed their neighbor and the Issste, that place falls down and the care is getting worse and worse. As a teacher that I am, I would be terrified to end up there. They need to make positive changes urgently!!!
