★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble el pésimo servicio que otorgan a las personas que acuden a realizar algún trámite de pensión, el personal es inflexible, nada empático y sin conciencia de que las personas que acuden a sus ventanillas la mayoría son personas de edad avanzada y vulnerables y muchas de ellas venidas de otros municipios del estado que han realizado el viaje desde tempranas horas y no atienden o resulven.. No tienen ni la menor idea de lo que es ser un servidor público,no poseen la capacidad de solucionar, de verdad no son capaces de despojarse de su armadura burocrática...Realmente lamentable el trato (especialmente de una persona de nombre Ricardo)
