★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio, me dieron una ficha con número de telefónico para solicitar información y resulta que no contestan a ninguno de los dos números que me dieron, ahora tendré que asistir personalmente para decirme que no tienen solución a mi asunto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El policía que está del lado de la rampa para discapacitados, discrimina por el color de piel y gritonea para que uno se baje de la rampa, cuando los que lo anteceden a uno, estaban formados ahí.
Piden exceso de requisitos para trámites de pensión por orfandad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible atiende. Hasta las 2 de la tarde cuando en la página dice que de 9-18, solo dan 20 fichas por día cuabdo somos Miles los que vamos a realizar el trámite, si eres foráneo mejor vente a dormir para que te toque ficha si llegas a las 9 mejor regrésate jajaja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ayudan a los hijos de padres divorciados, que no cuentan con los documentos que se les pide para tramitar Afore y pensión de orfandad. Y en esta área, solo atienden de 9 a 12 pm.NUNCA te van a contestar vía telefónica. Por ésto votaron.
They do not help the children of divorced parents, who do not have the documents required to process the Afore and orphan's pension. And in this area, they only serve from 9 to 12 pm. They will NEVER answer you by phone. This is what they voted for.
