★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar, el trato es cordial. Lo único malo es el descuido de las capillas. Donde Velamos a mi familiar un sillón ya estaba gastado y en una orilla de la pared se estaba desmoronando.
Fuera de estos detalles me gusto la ubicación, trato y los paquetes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no hacen las cosas bien y no dan los detalles claro, no preparan bien el cuerpo para que dure por lo menos la noche que se va a velar y siempre tienen contratiempos, nada recomendable este lugar. Ademas como comentan no permiten ingresar ninguntipo de alimentos ni siquiera agua y la ventilacion es pesima. Lo unico rescatable es la ubicacion, de ahi en fuera no lo recomiendo, 2 experiencias pesimas
Very bad service, they do not do things well and they do not give the details clearly, they do not prepare the body well so that it lasts at least the night that is going to be watched and they always have setbacks, nothing recommended this place. Also, as they comment, they do not allow any type of food to enter, not even water, and ventilation is poor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son ligeramente incómodas ya que no existe ventilación y aire acondicionado en las capillas de la planta baja. Por otra parte, estoy muy en desacuerdo que el servicio de café para 25 o 30 vasos de café en promedio, cuesta arriba de $600 Eso me parece un verdadero abuso por parte de la cafetería y por parte del ISSSTE, que permite este tipo de anomalías. Además de que no dejan meter ni siquiera pan, galletas o botellas de agua ya que por norma está prohibido. Creo que las autoridades deberían de tener un poco más de comprensión, ya que son momentos en los que la familia y principalmente los afectados directos de los decesos se encuentran pasando por un mal momento; no es posible que que el ISSSTE tome este tipo de actitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio con calificación de suficiente, cuando se realiza el contacto con el lugar no especifican que cobran todo por separado, no incluye Cafeteria, está dentro del lugar y visto elevados, no permiten ingresar alimentos ni bebidas propias. NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO, y los públicos que están enfrente y a un lado muy caros. Además importante si se va a remar el cuerpo, desde el inicio se debe reclamar el ataúd, de no ser así ellos se quedan con el mismo. NO TIENE CREMATORIO. Y eso no lo dicen por teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEFASTO SERVICIO!! No nos dejaron velar a nuestro familiar aún cuando el acta de defunción aclaraba que no era un caso COVID (a otros si) Nos hablaban de forma prepotente y nos hicieron dar 20 vueltas en trámites.

En la página dice que es 24 hrs.
Y llegando; nós dicen que el servicio es hasta las 7:00 a.m. del siguiente día y que no hay casi carrozas.
El tipo que tomo mi llamada jamás dijo que salia a las 8:00 p.m.
Súper listo, no lo comento
Pero, esto no se queda así amigo.
