★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funciona como cualquier clínica del sector salud, con los malos tratos del personal (hay excepciones) desabastos en medicinas, insumos, papelería, excesos de burocracia para estudios ya presenta saturación en la población que atiende por ser la única de la zona ??♂️, en el exterior existe una delegación administrativa para atención a jubilados ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 de octubre del 2018, mes de la prevención del cáncer de mama, vinimos a cita para mastografia y dicen que regresen el 21 de noviembre.
Pésima atención. Muchos trabajadores y ninguno te atiende. Los pacientes no son prioridad en esta clínica.
October 18, 2018, breast cancer prevention month, we came for a mammogram appointment and they say they will return on November 21.
Terrible attention. Many workers and no one attends you. Patients are not a priority at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia lunes 11 de Febrero del 2020 acudí por la parte de urgencias de la Clinica Familiar IsssTE Texcoco, por que mi padre nos refería vomito y un dolor muy fuerte en el pecho, se ingreso a medicina continua del turno vespertino quien fue recibido por el Dr. CARLOS ALBERTO MORALES CELIS, quien solo lo vio unos segundos le pidio a las pasantes de enfermeras que tomara signos y le dieron una metoclopramida y que tenia esperar su turno el turno, al ver que mi padre se sentia peor y no le dieron la atención lo llevamos a otro medio donde con un resumen medico nos envio a que fuera internado ya que eran sintomas de un infarto. Mi padre estuvo internado Este "Doctor" es grosero, prepotente y déspota. Tambien hizo discriminación por que mi padre es alcoholico. Proporciona fotos de otro dia que no me daba el servicio para mi hijo por que platicaba y comia botana con sus enfermeras. Creo que basta de este tipo de medicos y ojala haga algo la clinica por que yo si acture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue horrible la gente que te atiende es más prepotente que nada no te explican nada te dan el documento que si tienes que firmar algo y nada más y ya váyase pero no te explica nada se dedican a estar viendo el teléfono y no te ponen atención. Te citan a las 9 y termina teniendo hasta las 10 de la mañana porque salen por ti a la entrada hasta las 9:30 casi para que no resuelve nada de lo que tú vas a solicitar los trámites que vas a hacer eso es todavía más frustrante y como para no volver a regresar a esa clínica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de archivo es muy prepotente, ya reporte este hecho a contraloría que se encuentra en el interior de la CMF Texcoco y están coludidos, en las ventanillas de la farmacia no hay medicina y te dicen que regreses para la próxima semana y así te traen, ya llevo más de un mes solicitando mi medicina y no la tienen, acudí con los asistentes del Director y me dicen que la culpa la tiene López Obrador, dan risa; los médicos cuando pasas a consulta te sientan en una silla y de lejos valoran tu estado de salud, son magos. No te oscultan, da risa este servicio médico, nadamás vas a perder el tiempo, en el área de laboratorio te pierden los exámenes clínicos y pasados dos meses ya los encuentran, dan risa, ésto es el ISSSTE, pero tus cuotas puntualmente. Válgame Dios.
