★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina super oficina de gobierno. Como las de la tele y de la cultura pop. Mujeres trabajadoras gritándose, haciéndose "bromitas", maquillándose y así mientras la gente esperaba. Le doy 3 estrellas porque al final mi trámite sí salió el mismo día.
Super government office office. Like those on TV and pop culture. Working women yelling at each other, making jokes, putting on makeup and so on while people waited. I give it 3 stars because in the end my process did come out the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entran a las 7:00 am, pero si bien te va empiezan a atender a las 9:00 am, de mala gana y además con gritos y los policías de la entrada son groseros y prepotentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que llegar temprano( 7 m) ya que el acceso lo dan a las 9 am a pesar que la hora de apertura es alas 8:30 y atienden 9:15 aprox y la afluencia es importante , te asesoran desde la fila y los guardias te organizan, traete toodos los papeles que puedas por que te piden casi el acta de defunción.

Hace dos semanas mi papá (adulto mayor) fue por una Negativa de pensión al piso 2, la señora que nos atendió de forma muy grosera nos pidió papeles, luego le dijo que fueramos la semana siguiente, entonces mi papá fue y le dijeron que habian perdido sus papeles, luego lo acompañe y que ya los habían encontrado y que fueramos el día de hoy, y hoy que fue mi papá le dan una Constancia de No vigencia, nada que ver con la Negativa de Pensión. Da mucho coraje que hagan mal su trabajo.
