We slept well except for the last night when our neighbors spent the night talking, listening to music and making so much noise, and we heard even their conversations. Also the Hotel is dirty and smelly. Really old. Do not trust the pictures. But if you are looking for basic sleeping, showering and going your way then I'll suggest you keep it in mind.

Great location if you like to be within the buzz of the centro. I didn't try the hotel's food, because there were awesome food stands just a few feet from the hotel's entrance. The room was clean, but the restrooms are a little outdated. Bring your own towel. Towels are extremely rough. Staff was very nice, and made you feel safe. AC worked fine, but I think staff would turn it off when I was out of the room, so I would come back to a hot room. Overall great stay for the price.

The service is horrendous!!! Every single day we had to ask for towels, because being 3 in the room they only bring 1 towel. The front desk staff could not care less for our requests; over an hour of waiting every time and no one coming with the towel. The card to access the room and the elevator doesn't work good. The carpets are extremely dirty, the restaurant too expensive for the quality of food offered. It's not worthy to come to this hotel at all.

Not recommended at all... the entire hotel & the rooms are extremely humid. You can literally feel and smell it in the air from the moment you walk the hallways. The AC in the room just blows air but does not cool the room even after setting the dial to the lowest temperature. The beds felt damp and uncomfortable from the high level of humidity in the entire building. Spoke to two different receptionists about the situation and they did not seem surprised at all and completely aware as if it was a norm for this hotel. I requested a room change, preferably on higher floor if available to which she replied, "it wont make a difference, they are all the same". After I insisted, the response was "sorry we are completely booked". A week before booking the room was at a reasonable & economical price for a 3-Star in Downtown. A week later it jumped up almost double the price... definitely NOT WORTH IT... you can book a 4-Stars for the same price with way better conditions and customer service. In the end I had to cancel my 4 days, 3 nights reservation and look for a better hotel.

Loved my stay here for a week. They have really good location with an amazing restaurant that serves all the delicious dishes. Almost everyone in the reception can speak English and is very helpful. The hotel strictly maintains Covid rules and I liked that. The pool is awesome but is open through reservation only. I wish i had my room on one of the upper floors to have the beautiful view of the mountains!! Overall i am happy with the service. It's worth every penny and I highly recommend it

We have stayed here last 5 trips to Monterrey mainly because of location, right on paseo Morelos where you have all the stores. Hotel has clean rooms although is getting old and run down. It could use a face lift. If you get a package its worth the money you are paying for the room. Friendly staff. Good restaurant inhouse.

The bathroom foset had build up of iron, the toilet cap had rust around the holding knobs. The bathroom had female hair on the floor before anyone even entered in there. A random spray cap appeared in BETWEEN my bed covers! They only tidied and cleaned the trash cans but no vacuuming seemed to be done. At the very least nothing was missing of our property. The elvators fail constantly and there is a huge wait either for going up or down. Also there are plenty of imigrants sitting outside and inside the lobby who wait for a bus just outside the hotel. This is never mentioned in the booking.com website. Over all it's better to take another hotel that doesn't have things almost falling apart as our courtain holder was. 530 pesos a night if you split with a friend but not worth it.
